Any chance you can post the scrambled Fibonacci image here? I can import images into the descrambler, I just can't open any directly from the archive for now or so it seems.

I cant figure a way to get the scrambled image out of the app.

Yeah, it's a pain. Basically have to browse the filesystem to find where the app keeps its downloads.

I'll do my best!
btw, has anyone found anything in the PDF that might be a clue?

To get Oracles, I had to go to the terminal and run "Activate -surprise"

I did do that before, but no Oracle messages.

Edit: Kept trying, got it this time. Fickle app is fickle.

Welp, re-opened the WhiteRabbit folder and got a new message from the Oracle. Nothing interesting in what the massage said, but it has officially closed all the doors for me. so now I guess I just wait.

on the terminal:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
activate -abilitytest

reveals ability reports of test subjects as seen in the video of test subject #47.

every test subject appears to be not found(missing?) and the tests are incomplete except for test subjects:
04/95, subject #12, test incomplete, found;
05/95, subject #20, test incomplete, found;
02/01, subject #26, test completed found;
05/01, subject #31, test incomplete found.

02/03 subject #37 test completed, not found;
05/04 subject #39 test completed, not found.

the rest of the subjects' tests were incomplete and not found.
they are 19, 32, 33, 43, 47 & 48.

that's a total of 12 test subjects.

I wonder if any of the vertices on the spinny globe and globe coordinates have any connection to each other. I've been poking at it, and each time the middle pentagon hovers over a vertex the 'humming' spikes on the bar below with a little blinking pentagon. I've also noticed by humming/solfege work you can make the local channel go up and down too, with it matching the spike at around B-C above middle C. And if you have the analyser on while the opening score for Daybreak is on, a dodecahedron will pop up too. Fun stuff.

as discussed earlier in this thread about location & real world jackboxer stencils:

on the daybreakers site this image(acutally four images) corresponds to the ones in the flickr photostream:

source link: http://jb-cdn.s3.amazonaws.com/img/puzzles/0_6.jpg

i assume there are other spots to be found with messages/communique to discover.

----

edited to add:

looking at the metadata of the blueprint pdf, it was originally named blueprint3.jpg. it makes me wonder why they converted it...

speculating that maybe all the jpegs we are to obtain are to be via the image decoder. all other viewable content, such as the ones found in wilkins' exam folder, could be pdfs implying there's no image to decode.

----

just received a mssage from the oracle:

Quote:
So that was easy for you, was it?

This is a blueprint of our messenger, the symbol of our organization. Make sure you understand it in every detail.

if that's the case, i already looked up the iso codes on the bottom left box. they are blueprint standards used for the blueprint itself -ie. text font, paper grid type... the other boxes may need further look.

the bottom, right box shows youtube users associated as part of the jackboxer organization.

update #3:
regarding the quadrant of images i posted above: the los angeles photo could be anywhere. it is questionable if it is actually in los angeles. why? right by the girl's head, there's a 'shop your values week' poster. a bit of research on that campaign shows it was may 3rd to 10th in new york city. i couldn't find anything substantial that would tie the event to los angeles.

based on the /system sprite png, types of content that can be expected from jackboxers.com blog for the weeks to come:

quote, link, video, images, documents, charts, audio, comments, search, notes & questions

the score of daybreak seems to emit a tone at 528 hz, resulting in the dodecahedron in the frequency analyzer.

you can verify this with a tone generator set to 528hz. http://onlinetonegenerator.com/ <- requires firefox. google chrome didn't work.

metadata:
also, the uncovered images we've solved & gathered have something in the <text> field of the png metadata - it's the solution numbers used to descramble the image. it's kind of convenient when we are backtracking our progress or sharing with others which images need what numbers.

location-specific messages:
as mentioned previously in one of their messages, the jack boxer symbol is their 'messenger' and we are told to study the blueprints. so, today i tested out the image recognition at an apple store's imac to confirm that you can leave messages depending on the specific location. you would have to go to the exact location and scan the jack boxer symbol to recover the message there.

also, similar to the mark of spiderman or the dark knight rises' white smudge bat symbol fiasco, this puzzle might turn into a visual scavenger hunt for the jackboxer symbol, depending where you may be.

app bug:
currently, this ios app version has a bug where you must have location services turned on in order to import an image from the camera roll to the image scrambler to decode. since there isn't an event handler there to say what's happening, it looks frozen/stuck. the devs know about it & are looking into it.

It's interesting to note that 13 out of 14 of the dodecahedrons below CH 2 are unlocked and viewable on the daybreak2012 site, leaving one doda unopened (below chapter two) currently.

Not counting the chapter links themselves the sequence of groups of dodecahedrons from bottom to top numbers 6,8,8,6,6,6 for a total of 40.

One inconsistent item of note re: the blueprint is that it doesn't seem functional. That is the

Still pondering... it's not one of those stegosaurus steganograhy things is it?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Or if any of the coordinates of the body parts have any meaning like A3 for hat, etc.. I've thought of trying to plot out the points and trace the lines it would have like when analyzing a Jack through the recognizer would have, but coordinating the holding of the phone in front of the screen while drawing on paper with a ruler is kind of difficult.
Laughing Maybe it's just there to be a pretty desktop pattern.

i concur about the lack of functionality of the jack boxer & noticed the faulty dimensions too. at the bottom it's labelled as a side view but looks more like a front view.

the real life photos of jack boxers(on instagram) look like car or motorcycle coils that don't actually spring. they don't appear functional too.

from the dodecahedron, the test subjects and this blueprint, there's a 1 of 12 theme going on.

opening the pdf via hex editor the other day, i didn't see anything that stands out but may need another pair of eyes.

regarding things that may be questionably stegged,
the image of tesla sitting & reading is suspiciously large in size at 1.1mb.

if you perform a reverse image search on tineye, you'll find nothing that matches in size and dimensions. everything is smaller, & is of different size & appearance.
