if you haven't yet, try to delete & re-install the app to see if that would fix things. it might mean re-doing some of your work to get back up to speed.

Yeah, been thinking I may have to do that. Ugh. Although I did start over on my phone and it too is missing the same pieces.

if the issue persists you can contact the devs on twitter: MonterosaSTHLM. they might be able to help.

May try that - had already sent email to the admin account on jackboxers but no response so far.

looks like i've been solving things out of order... there's a sequence of events that should happen in a certain order to progress in the game.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
after re-reading lars' message, it seems like it was hinting at the exam folder that i already gotten into. so i re-opened the pdf and ran the command again in the terminal. then, a new message from lars appears:
"He's clearly hidden strings of research everywhere. We must start using all of these snippets and keywords in the Terminal and elsewhere, just in case."
- duh @ lars. what i've been doing all along.
the puzzlemakers seemed to have designed this game linearly, more or less. if we're stuck we might have to re-do certain things again just to cover our bases in the order of events.
at least two more puzzle solves needed from the link pdf from what i can tell.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
other message thread locked & new followup message from lars:
"New Research"
"We've seen this before. Someone was doing ability tests on people who had contact with the dodecahedron. We always thought there could be more information than the video footage we've found. Wilkins clearly knew more about this if he has these images..."
cool find, tyler.
tesla's autobiography with the handwritten 'thunderclaps' excerpt in print form for easier reading: http://books.google.com/books?id=hLBlr6ErRKQC&lpg=PA40&ots=376_NPzPvv&dq=nikola%20tesla%20%22thunderclaps%20at%20a%20distance%22&pg=PA40#v=onepage&q&f=false

I left a comment on Jack Boxer's Flickr "LA" photo of "This appears to be in NYC and not LA. Enlighten us please" and got this reply from Jack Boxer-

I think the more important part of that photo is the skull with all of the Flower of Life images on it.

try re-opening the exam folder. also try goldenratio in the terminal. it appears that we've solved out of order and these actions need to go in a specific order to progress the game's story. if stuck, try re-doing something that didn't produce a message in comm before.

all their more recent images are now 1024 'large' resolution despite being taken with an eos rebel dslr. perhaps it's to keep us from looking too much into the details?
