That was the longest 7 months of my life.

Yeah, we should be patient. This is nothing compared to that famous 7-month wait.

Jay obviously has to make a weekend of it anyway, so I'll just assume Monday or so?

I wonder if Jay ever gets freaked out by the fact that a bunch of random people he doesn't know are constantly worried about his safety. I mean, obviously, he's sort of got other things to be freaked out about...

I hope he's ok...

I've always wondered if any strangers ever ran up to Troy and were like "OH MY GOD JAY DUDE I WANT TO HELP YOU KILL TOTHEARK" or something.

At least with the seven month wait there was a point where we figured that updates wouldn't come any time soon, and it was okay to come down from our tenterhooks before we drove ourselves crazy from anticipation.

It was still pretty terrible, though.

Personally, I remember starting to doubt whether or not Marble Hornets had ever existed. I tried to forget about it, tried to return to a normal life of not constantly looking over my shoulder and wondering if the Operator had come.

And then, once faithful day on TVTropes, I realized it had all been true, and it was back. And then, I was sucked back in.

I was under the impression that the Marble Hornets fanbase believed that Marble Hornets was completely over by Entry 26; "so far, there are no plans for season two, no matter what internet trolls may have you believe." So if that theory is accurate, then at least nobody was really anticipating it.

But seriously, this is the rage thread, I don't care if there are some people who had to endure a wait of seven months, this is here, this is now, and I want a goshdern entry. In any other thread, I would be rational. But I relinquish all reasoning here.

Heretofore:

RAAAAAAAAEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was the case with at least some of us, but it didn't last long because shortly after Entry 26 the "part 1" credits were posted to Troy's youtube and then they did that 5-part Youtube interview where they talked about season 2. They didn't say when it would start back up but we knew it'd be a while. I got through it thanks to EverymanHybrid and TribeTwelve, since they were regularly updated back then Razz

Wrong

Troy put up the "part 1" credits soon after s1 ended, and Jay even said in entry 26 that he was going to find alex

Sounds just like the MH cast, don't you think? Surprised

Yeah, that's pretty much how it was. The series was done, for all we knew, and we were analyzing those first 26 entries trying to figure everything out.

I also remember when Entry 23 was posted. The way that ended, with J saying, via text narration, that he was done trying to figure things out, that he no longer wanted to know what was going on, a lot of us thought things were done there.

So, yeah, I'm going through MH withdrawal. I need a hit. I need a new totheark response, or even activity on the MH twitter, some hint for a new entry.

That's exactly it. I would stop bitching if Troy at least said "Entry 59 will be up in three weeks". I'm not even asking for one of those damn screenshots.

I was going to post this in the Twitter thread, then thought better and decided to put it here, because frankly, I'm a little irritated and/or pissed.

2.5 weeks, and the update is seriously "lolllll i no u gaiz hv bin waetin a gud 2 wiks n watnaught, butt uh hirs wut i gawt; i havint hurd frum timmm... lawl"

Seriously? Nothin' happened to Jay, we just kinda sat here with our thumbs up our proverbial a**es on the verge of thinking Jay was dead or otherwise incapacitated, but he's "been trying to contact Tim".

RAEG.
