Two new tweets appeared on Rex's twitter account this morning. But no change to his website. The shortcut is a link back to Rex'x website.

Pretty generic comments, and no new information. Why nothing about where he's been or what happened? Is this an attempt by his captors to put friends off the track?

BTW, I don't use twitter, so I don't know if the @-1 in the message links to anything significant. I am also curious about how lists seem to work. Rex's two new tweets showed uo on the list

not sure why some of the tweets are not showing up, although twitter does play odd sometimes, for instance if a person talks to someone and you are not following both people, you will not see the one set of replies. Maybe if on twitter we started using a hashtag it would be easier to find related tweets

also not sure about the @-1 twitter name....

any thoughts where this picture is located? The filename is atheater are there any outdoor plazas in the miracle mile area?

I know the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA has been mentioned a lot - when you go to google maps for the LACMA and zoom in on the satellite view, there is a place that looks a lot like the photo. Trying to get a better look as well as collecting info on that area.

 		ok I think I found the place - I uploaded a ( https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BwXDFMPXURDAMDVHYWFBV2FaSXc ) powerpoint with a few screenshots - if you look at the first slide you can see in the upper right the same buildings as you can see in the background in Cassandra's picture. The second slide is standing in the same place but I swung the google map camera around by 180 - you can see through the trees what I think is the place of Cassandra's image. The third slide is an aerial view with a little place mark on the "theater".

If this is the place in Cassandra's picture, Still need to figure out what the name of this area is and any info associated with it.

Also, I think where Thad W. has lunch (posted an image) is in same general area.

 		Rex is in trouble
It seems that Rex has hidden the switch & can't return or the person/people who assaulted him will steal it. I think narrowing down locations may be a good idea. Looks like we've already got a good start with docwho2100's location of Cassandra's atheater. Can we find 1) Where AIC's office should be? 2) Where Rex might have found the blueprints?

Also, any thoughts on how to securely set up communication with Rex. It's clear (from her tweet) that Appoline knew where Rex was but wasn't free to pass that info along. Can we set up a channel of communication through her? Using codes or encryption (PGP)?

 		mapping locations
I've started a basic map in Google maps to try and plot assorted location information. So far I just typed in the names, as written on the AIC web site, of the worldwide offices and then put a placemarker where Google located that place. I've not verified any of the locations (I noticed some of the locations did not seem to match, so not sure if the variation in name is ok, or if some of the locations are incorrect and need to be edited).

That said, I hopefully made this an open map so anyone can edit and add to - I was hoping to put on any other location info (like Ms. Tipka's many flights and so on) to see if any patterns emerge.

If anyone knows of a better map program, that can be edited by multiple people, let me know!
