[INFO][SPEC] SUNDAY BROADCAST!!!!!! During the Goddess Squad's live call, Melissa informed us that she would be broadcasting live on Sunday. She told us that someone would be trying to interfere with her ability to broadcast on Sunday, so she was going to do it live in order to avoid being stopped.
She told Kali that it would be both on the ilovebees website and to our private "comm channels," but she didn't say what time, or whether they would be simultaneous.
You heard it here first. (We hope...)
Edit:
Kali speaking (Phaedra's eating dinner)
She said that the broadcast would be on Sunday instead of Tuesday because it was too important, so I wouldn't worry too much about the time warp.

I wonder if that means we'll get .wav's for the Team Jersey base mission on Sunday throughout the day. Maybe they'll be automatically unlocked and answering calls won't be needed?
I am beginning to think the ARG will wrap up before November 9th so no axons will have to be answered that day.

What, as in streaming audio? or as in, what we hear on sunday is what's happening in the future on sunday (versus us receiving the clips for the whole week on tuesday)

Sounds like it may be streaming. Or else just a standard recorded broadcast.

I wonder what this has to do with Recipe 8? I offer no spec because my opinions don't hold up against some of everyone's great ideas.

Long time lurker, first time poster. [spec] Could they be releasing Halo 2 early, as in this coming Tuesday?

possibly off topic This might be off topic, but aren't the US presidential elections on Tuesday? Maybe that's another reason for the Sunday broadcast.

Yeah, I was thinking about that earlier. It would make sense.

Well it was something that was being thown around in #ilovebees earlier, so I though I might as well leave a possible explanation.

Actually, it seems that the real reason is that select crew members will be allowed a Live Combat Exercise that tuesday.
My friends... the game appears to be either ending, or over. Not with a bang... but with a whimper.
Or, more accurately, the crying of a young girl.

Oops...
And... I'm an a-hole.
Yeah, sorry bout that hurdle.
sidenote: I love these forums because if somenoe does step out of line (like I did), there's a kinder, gentler method of solving the situation.

Interestingly, though, is that Sunday is Halloween. Acting strange at a phone booth might be a little more overlooked.
Then again, those of us with kids might not be as available as on other days. We'll see, I guess.
EDIT: Oh, and I got the same kind of message from Melissa. To paraphrase based on 9 hour old memory, she said that it was too important to update the same way she had been and that she was going to provide live updates as her plan unfolded. She seemed to think it was risky and that it might not work, but that if it did, she would be going back. (...Back to the future!) She made doubly sure that I understood that updates were on Sunday instead of Tuesday.

The live call I had today (thanks Chappy!) said the same thing - instead of broadcasting recorded transmissions on Tuesday, she is going to broadcast live on Sunday.
I'll post more about this when I get home.
