I was at the San Francisco drop..
I don't know who I'm mad at, or who I'm supposed to be mad at..
Here's what went down:
I arrived at the California Academy of sciences at 11:45 am and I asked the information booth outside about the drop. They said that the representative of the viral team and the museum's marketing manager (I think..?) will be outside. They did eventually come outside, but I didn't want to stalk them to weird them out =P.. At 12:15, I started talking to the representative (the manager went inside) and at 12:30, the clue was released and she gave me a complimentary pass to go inside. both the representative and the manager were giving me hints on where to go, because I had absolutely no idea what a "chelicerata". I was trying to find out a specific exhibit because I found out that a chelicerata was a horseshoe crab which are related to arachnids. The manager kept hinting that I had to go to the Naturalist center where they would be able to answer all of my questions about a chelicerata. While we were walking towards the naturalist center, the representative got a call saying that they have a person who found the drop. When we got to the naturalist center, there was indeed another couple there already. The representatives took pictures of the couple and the suitcase. As a consolation prize, the manager gave me 2 complimentary passes to the museum.

I can't get mad at the representative.. If you're reading this, thank you so much for the advice about trying to get a job with them. I really appreciate it ^_^!
I can't get mad at the manager, both the representative and the manager both tried to give me hints to go to the naturalist center, and the manager gave me a nice little surprise. Thank you so much for the tickets ^_^!
Of course I SHOULDN'T be mad at the couple, they just got there before me. And it certainly wasn't there fault that I didn't know that you didn't have to meet the representative to get the drop.

Am I hurt? Yeah.
Do I feel cheated? yeah..
Am I a sore loser? Probably..

There's always next time of course, but I really really really REALLLLLLYYY wanted that suitcase XD....

I guess that about wraps up my rant..

p.s. to invisibo- please don't tell your acquaintance anything I said, I really don't want them to feel bad or anything.. no hard feelings yeah ^_^?

no hard feelings. that's just how the game works.
I was minutes behind the bowling alley drop for whysoserious.

unfortunately I'm still waiting for him to send me pics of the grid.
in that regard I am sorry.

and yes, I wouldn't pass that information along anyway.

ps - wasn't "chelicerata" the password?
