Anyone recognise the setting? Also what could it mean by do not fail, it seems an odd thing to say to jay since he doesn't seem to be doing much right now. Perhaps it's just a way of saying don't give up?

Regarding the number codes...

There is also an 85 in there, but I can't figure out the order of the numbers as it goes pretty fast. Someone who can go through it frame by frame might be able to work it out.

Probably tenuous links, but 1991 is the timestamp on enttry #37. And Jay tried out the sequence 1985 on the safe in the hotel (to no avail.)

Another idea: "Truth with light" might be TTA trying to tell Jay to stop going to places at night.

So yeah, the entire thing is probably just sped up/mixed up bits and pieces from the last entry with Tim's rant.
