 		"Look to the origins" could possibly mean returning to filming locations used in Alex's film, or could simply refer to watching the old entries again, as Runningfromtheark said.

 		Going by the tone of the video TTA is pretty pissed Tim found out what's been going on. I wonder why he wanted to keep Tim in the dark?

It was confirmed in one of the commentaries that the story in Entry 38 was not TO's origin story

Most of which appear only for one or two frames.

EDIT: And I know that posting this after someone else already said it is rather useless, but dangit, I just did a frame dump.

1912 is the highest number on there.

If we subtract 85 from 1912, we get 1827. If we take away 41 from that, we get 1786. We ADD 89-- because there's gotta be 89 added--- And we get 1875. We then take away 1420 from that, and we're left with 1509. Then we add 95! We're now at 1064, which means... Something, I dunnno. We then take away 1811 from that and we get -207, but if we ADD 199 then, we get -8! THE ANSWER! IT'S IN ENTRY 8!

 		Hmmm, it seemed to be set in the tunnel in the hospital annex if memory serves right, which I also suspect will be used to represent the Doomy Basement of Doom shown in Season 1 (given Alex's comment a few entries ago about "taking seth there later"). As for "look to the origins" it could really refer to almost anyone at this point, Tim, Operator, or Alex, but the mask indicates either Tim or something related to him will be a major factor in the next video

Either way we have had 2 "breather episodes" so far, which means we should get us a decent "wham episode" right about now

Unless of course this is just gonna be another red tower episode where he finds new tapes

Okay, there's Masky (or at least the mask), and the audio has stuff from Tim (Entry 59) garbled in there.

 		I think the thing we need to concentrate on most is the numbers here, because everything else in the video appears to be the same vaguely cryptic, unsolveable foreshadowing that we should be used to from TTA.
