Tried a few anagram sites and they turned up nothing. I also thought it might be a ROT cipher, but nothing remarkable turned up. If anyone'd care to try to anagram 26 different strings of letters, then you're a more patient man than I.

 		I usually just lurk but do you think someone might want to tell Jay not to go to the basement at the hospital at night? Truth with light might be referring to what we'll find there. TTA might actually hole up there during the day and be out doing whatever it is they do at night.

 		It's unlikely, but couldn't this video be more directed at Tim then Jay. Maybe TTA wants Tim to get back in the game, and is using his rant as a way to mock him.

There is apparently a slinkier shithead than Slenderman, which is odd, because we all thought he was the slinkiest and the shitheadiest.

There's nothing there. I could upload each and every frame if you like, but the last frame with a number is simply 199 and then vertical distortion bars of colourfulness and doom.

EDIT: Nevermind, the frames have apparently already been uploaded. Very Happy

That's the thing, there's no way to be certain with this kind of thing, so everything is pure speculation with little backing, but if it was HE I would think it to be Tim because it seems like it's directed at Jay, but that Tim is the central focus of the video.
