 		I'd like to think that those numbers are actually the years that a victim (or whatever Alex is to the Operator is born).

I'd be more inclined to think it's when the victim met the Operator, since The Operator met Alex in 1991. Except, they're not all 4-digit numbers. Some of them are 2-digits. Unless the Operator has been around for almost 2,000 years. But anyway, that seems kind of a random for totheark to put in a video, like how would we ever figure that out? (Not that decoding it is getting anymore concrete results.)

I figured it refers to what totheark said in "Decay" that he wanted Jay to do (I.E lead TTA to Alex so he can kill Alex and find the ark, whatever the hell it is.)

I will repeat myself again - Jay had brought a flashlight with him most of the time, but the thing is - he goes there at night. Now, I think, what this means - go during the day. It's either:
1) You are safer during the day.
2) You will meet/You will get/You will whatever during the day. And only during the day.

If we read it in such a manner it becomes more of a warning, one telling the "liar" not to tarry, lest he will die.

The "liar" referenced could be any of the male characters. Alex has lied almost exclusively, throughout the series. If Timnesia was fake (something that #59 made most unlikely, but this could all still be an act) then he is quite a liar too. And let's not forget Jay, who lies about everything from being the Ken Burns of Holiday Inns to his entire reason for interacting with Tim.

TTA has often chastised for dawdling, remember Memories (YEARS WASTED YOU'VE DONE NOTHING). This could be another cryptic warning that if Jay takes too long to think about his next move, he will die. Maybe this time Jay's damn-the-torpedoes, reckless, ways will be what saves him.

Unless totheark followed Jay and/or Tim to the abandoned hospital in Entry #58 and only recently found the ark there. Except, totheark almost certainly worked with Tim back when Tim was still Masky. Couldn't toheark have asked Masky where the abandoned hospital is, since Masky IS Tim? Unless Masky doesn't have all of Tim's memories, and he purposely activated Timnesia as a huge convoluted plot to get Tim to lead Jay to lead Hoody to lead Tim's alternate personality to the ark.

But I don't believe that.

Maybe TTA knows where the ark is, but physically needs Jay to go in first. To set off booby traps, for example. Who knows?

 		Ok, I'm starting to think that these numbers are "activation codes" for Tim's masky form. Everyone is saying Tim was working with TTA but maybe TTA is controlling him. This would explain why Tim had a break from masky, because TTA hasn't been putting out videos. I think Tim saw the ark but locked it into his subconscience. So, TTA hypnotizes him to a primal form and follows him around as hoody. Unfortunately, Tim's subconscience is focused more on killing Alex, and now possibly Jay now. This is all complete speculation. Also, some of TTA's entries could be trying to control Jay, but only cause him to go catatonic, losing portions of time.

That could be it. Maybe the ark is in the maintenance tunnel, but TTA needs Jay to go there before he does. Except, if that's it, how could TTA be waiting for Jay in the ark? Or maybe I'm taking the word "Lead" too literally.

Awww. TTA is encouraging Jay.

All I know is that it definitely feels like we're reaching the season's midpoint.

There's still one thing that bothers me.

TTA's crypticness. It's clear that at this point he wants to help Jay. He lead him to this annex, he gave him the code to the safe, he saved him from Alex.

So why the hell can't TTA do any of this himself?

Why isn't he just straight up with Jay.

Troy and them better have a damn good explanation for why TTA is the way he is.

And I know TTA is more than one person, it's just easier to simply the organization into Masky.
