I decided to stop lurking so I could throw this idea out there, although it's probably wrong. The tunnel in the video reminds me of the tunnel shown in Entry #26 that Alex is walking in.

hmm, "A LIAR THINKS HE DIES" could refer to Seth or Brian and not Tim, perhaps they're hidden down there?

and "HIS LIES IN THE DARK", since Jay is the one going into the dark, it can't be his lies, so probably Tim or Alex. But what have they said that could be proven to be a lie by something in the tunnel?

Woo, just joined because I love reading these threads!

Just a thought on location. The tunnel in Entry 58 has pipes along the right wall, whereas in Reference there are no pipes but instead some sort of support beam.

Suppose, then, that it is the same tunnel, but perhaps filmed from the other end. The two are dimensionally similar, after all, and if Reference was filmed from the other end, Tim appearing in the tunnel may symbolise Tim's return to totheark. After all, if totheark is based at the other end of that tunnel, the only reason Tim would go down there is perhaps to rejoin it/them.

'Do not fail' would then mean that totheark is relying on Tim to come back to it/them, and could be seen as something of a threat.

If the video is clearly addressed to Tim with the above information, 'truth with light' could refer to how Tim will be provided answers ('truth') by totheark, if he returns, that do not simply allow him to run away from his problems but instead end them forever - 'light' could be a reference to Jay returning with his flashlight.

So if this video is a message to Tim, I believe it is a request for him to accompany Jay into the tunnel in the next entry, with the promise of 'truth' as a reward.

EDIT: 'Look to the origins' may then refer to the origins of totheark, or the origins of Tim as Masky - i.e. Entries 56 and 57. Maybe totheark is trying to provoke Tim into rejoining by reminding him just what Alex did to him, and by renewing his old hatred.
