Well the reason "his lies" makes more sense is because it comes right after "look towards the origins"

I'd say he was most likely the one filming the video of Jay coughing inside the house. Tim more than likely contributes to the account, I'd even say he was probably the bulk of it in season 1, before the hooded dude showed up.

Looking back at the Season 1 to totheark videos, I can connect most of them to Masky. Like five of them are either from inside Brian's house or trying to get Jay to go back to Brian's house; Masky was at Brian's house during Season 1. Then there's the one with Tim's face at the end of it, the one from the night of Entry #19 when Jay and Masky disappeared together, and the one with Masky actually in it.

My personal theory is that Masky was totheark in Season 1, Masky and Hoody were totheark in Season 2, and Hoody's been totheark for all of this season so far. This might change though depending on who Hoody turns out to be. If it turns out it's Seth, then that would explain some of the footage totheark had in Season 1.

There is really nothing that fits better- this is probably the answer. Whatever Jay finds in the tunnel is what Tim doesn't want Jay to know. ooooohhhh this makes me excited for Wednesday.

Actually, I always thought totheark was the one who gave Jay the anonymous tip. Mainly because right before Jay told us he got the tip, the totheark video "Advocate" went up, with footage of Brian's face in it. (Brian's face-Brian's house). There's no way totheark could have known about the anonymous tip unless he sent it, and the video makes me think he did know about it. I dunno, I guess that seems like kind of a loose connection, but I always thought that was the point of the video.

Maybe Tim is more like the "actor" in TTA videos. We've only seen Hoody in like, one TTA video as far as I can remember.

What I'm curious about(simply because it's unknown) is: if Tim and whoever Hoody is worked together in season 2, where was Masky when for example Hoody was taking Jay's camera back to his car? From what Tim said in the last video, it sounds like he has periods where he doesn't remember putting on a mask and tackling people, maybe he wasn't there because he was doing his normal life?

That was only a week after Alex broke his leg... so in a way yes.
