Guys, do we know how old Tim is? His oldest record is from 17 years ago, and he's at college age, it would appear.

That makes me wonder. Was Tim 4 when this started?

In 2006 he would have to be in the 18-19 range to be in that student film(because it was for college right? and they were all college "buddies") so that would make him around 24-25 right now. So he would be 7-8 at the time of those papers.

Sorry if this has been posted but the medication are codeine, for coughing, not available to kids under 17 so he was at least 17 and amoxicillin which treats respiratory infections. Also it appears he has a hearing aid?

Probably not too important but if you wanted to know.

About the Hearing Aid, I think it was put in the N/A category, which you can barely make out.

RIGHT before Slender showed up, I thought to myself "At least He can't show up, He's too tall to fit in this place."

I laughed 'til it hurt when I was immediately proven wrong.

I can't tell if I loved or hated the slendy appearance. It was unexpected, and defiantly scary, but it made little sense, and felt a little silly.

I blame the doll. That thing was in the house where Slendy appeared.

After some re-evaluating of the Operator's behavior throughout the series and especially in this entry I'm beginning to think that he doesn't have a particular goal or even a chosen proxy/soldier/whatever (i.e Alex), It seems to me that he simply is what he is, and he seems to be something of a paranoia generator. We have never seen him actually harm let only touch anyone

(although I guess he does appear to attack Jay and Jessica in the hotel room, but other than the memory wipe they seemed unharmed)

What we do see him do is cause people to distrust, hate, stalk, and eventually try to kill each other, perhaps he gives Alex special attention just because Alex is the first to go full blown homicidal from his slender sickness (which I think is just a symptom of the deeper mental operator infection). Think about it, all he does is scare people, and build paranoia in them, and erasing chunks of a persons memory is a good way to do both. Maybe the 'proxy effect" is simply the Operator imposing strong suggestions of hate and mistrust , essentially possessing their bodies with an almost pure malice toward each other.

season one: Alex's building paranoia "he sees me", starts filming everything.. etc

season two: what's the deal with Alex, he's acting strange, can we trust him, nope. No trust for Jay all his friends are either missing, homicidal, or are stalking him with masks on.

season three: what's the deal with Tim, we want to like him, trust him, but he's acting strange, what are these medical documents, what...he's a liar. No trust. All paranoia.

Operator = paranoia, hate, rage, death, perhaps nothing more.

Here you go.

It seems like he's walking into that corridor, and when Jay shines the flashlight on him, he looks towards him. It kind of reminds me of Entry #1, actually.

Okay, I felt silly at first for thinking this, but no one has brought it up. When I saw Tim's pediatric forms along side the slenderdoll I immediately thought that the doll had belonged to Tim when he was a child, perhaps he made it... I don't know. Kinda corny, but that's what occurred to me when watching, and I'm kinda surprised that it hasn't to anyone else.

Nevermind

I actually brought this up in my post on page 12. I think so too.

The doll was found by Tim's medical records. Before that, it was found in Brian's house when Tim was around to get Jay's attention. It's clearly Tim's doll. As I said, this could mean that The Slender Man was some sort of warped imaginary friend for Tim as a child.

Wrong. It was in the house before Tim appeared. What does that tell you?

Does anyone have screencaps of the documents?

Looks like JustJim more or less beat me to it, but it'd be nice to not see 'hurrr how dare you have an opinion! lolz ur mom' posts anymore. I'd much rather read harsh criticism than 'filler' posts.

That comment about maybe TO being a doctor is really interesting, if the sequence of events was Tim burns down the hospital for x reason, Dr.TO is burned and has his face no more. With a suit like that it'd even be more interesting if he was a head administrator or something.

Following that, it would almost make sense that things were centered around Tim at least partially for some reason. Maybe his 'lies' include barely knowing Alex, I don't recall everything about the birthday party entry at the moment, did Alex meet Jay in film school, where did he meet Tim, and if Jay didn't meet Alex until much later this whole thing might have very little to do with him.

Really good entry for the setting, I am also happy they are likely not going back to the hospital but the tunnel was a really good enclosed space. I love Aliens and was hoping they'd change the tone by maybe having an arm come down and try and grab J, or maybe have a bloody hand come down in a non-aggressive way, and slowly pulled away and drag noises happen and maybe some distortion / operator noises. Still really top notch.

The only real complaint I think is the blueballs with the notes, but I was expecting that since MH hasn't really gone too far into 'other' media like, for example, Dark Harvest has. I would have been happier with a pdf release of the notes immediately followed by an analysis video, but a really good way to keep suspense going (if a little annoying). Not too out of the question as long as there's not a huge wait for the follow up video.

I've found the presence of the medical documents kind of concerning, let alone their actual contents.

For one: Tim's Doctor must know that those files have been gone through and some are missing, so he will be obligated to tell Tim some shit went down with his records. So it isn't a question of if Tim finds out, but when (disregarding the fact that he might be checking up on the entries himself. But considering how much he wanted nothing to do with this, he probably isn't watching them). Tim will be pissed if he finds out Jay has them in his possession, making him mistrust Jay more unless Jay shows him what happened. Considering how violent Tim has gotten in the past though, this might not be an option. (Also TTA, you are a sneaky motherfucker to get into those files like that. Nice Job)

Two: I assume this hospital was one Tim went to as a child (I can't remember if that has been explicitly stated or not. If it was, ignore that sentence). The hospital looks pretty wrecked by that fire, right? Like a good chuck, if not the whole building had been engulfed? How on earth are those records not burnt to an ashy, unreadable crisp? They don't look like photocopies. Unless the records room was completely unharmed, I have no idea how those things are okay. (Unless it is an unavoidable OOG slip. Whatever).

Either way those documents themselves confuse me a bit. Thoughts?

Perhaps the documents were transferred to a different clinic, like Tim switching doctors or something like that.

Actually, doctor's offices generally only keep about a year's worth of visit charts and notes in the folder. Judging from the dates people have stated they saw on the pages, it's likely the doctor doesn't know those are missing. The hospital's records office keeps track of those. Not the doctor. If it's an old year or a folder from another hospital, it will just be archived and the new doctor won't know anything about it. Plus, the hospital in universe appears to have burned down in a time before they were actively digitizing medical records. I'm surprised any of that stuff survived the fire. Could have been stored off site, though. There are places that will do that.
