Should I go read the old thread, or start fresh on this one? Not much to go on so I realize that's just a guess but any opinions from anyone who followed the old one? In other words, do you think the old thread will be a spoiler or important background story?

Adam. So agree which is why I stated twice in my spoilered post they are all CRYPTOGRAMS. They can simply be put into any CRYPTOGRAM solver w/o any key. That said I think spoonhead finding a key was mega bril. Do HTH you. Yaha, spoonhead, Rumkin is down tho there are over a dozen CRYPTOGRAM solvers on the web.

I'll second the substitution idea - the characters are from different alphabets. Definitely some Greek but others too. Let's see where that goes.

Yikes! Looks like the first bit could be 'control9' but w/o the key and no spaces it's tough to penetrate.

Codes make my brain hurt. If this helps I did map the characters to letters. I ran it through some on-line crypto solvers and got nothing. Not sure if the number at the end were numbers. Also not sure if the third char second line is a U or a not closed correctly O.

Maybe 7 and 9 are really just 7 and 9, or even all the numbers are numbers? I assume the dash is a dash since every line is 14 char long except line 5 and that has the dash.

I didn't think this was worthy of spoiler-ing ?
