I remember someone in a previous entry thread calculated that there had not been a slendy attack in over a year in game, but as soon as the doll is removed he appears from where the doll was, could it be that slendy was somehow sealed in the tunnels by the doll until jay removed it? Also I'm only on page 11, have we established if the spot with the doll and documents is a dead end or a barricade/pile of junk that blocks the path?

Huh, I'm bulding some theories here, I'll post here later. But... what If the Doll is the way Alex found to summon the Operator (You know, I think that in entry 8 he was trying to summon him with those drawings... I'm not sure if it's Entry 8, but he does a lot of The Operator simbol draws.), but someone, maybe Masky, took it from him?

Also, will Tim continue to watch the videos? Will TTA send him some message? and make Jay find it, or something like that? "Wake up, masky." And then Masky appears in the next entry. -n

dang... i really was not expecting an operator appearance, especially not in a tunnel where he definitely cannot stand up straight. holy crap. scariest entry in a while. really reminded me of entry 23, which is still my favorite entry due to how much it scares me but this one just about ties with it. the doll, teleportation, a slender encounter, dark/unknown area

Is there any significance to where the words were placed in the room? It seems odd to put them on opposite sides and it put the "follow me" in a place that would never be seen by Jay unless he comes back later, but if it wasn't meant for te moment hoody showed up it is an interesting choice of words. I like the theory that the lying part was for tim as during the chase tim could have ducked his head in and seen it while jay ran after hoody. But the "follow me" could be aimed at jay if he hung back (because of a lack of a flashlight perhaps) or it could also be at tim/masky but refering to leadership of TTA or the We Hate Alex Club or something.

Of course it could be That hoody thinks he's really clever and the messages are aimed at both of them with different meanings for each (jay: timmesia isnt all real, and stop dawdling, tim: jay isn't making a film and masky should let hoody have some leadership power over the duo)

Here's my thought based on the revelation of the medical records, but not knowing the contents of them yet...

The Operator is a symptom of Tim's illness.

We haven't seen anything of TO while Tim has been well, but as soon as Jay turns up and reawakens his psychosis... BAM! The Operator is back.

What if Tim had the doll while he was in hospital, and that it was his companion; his imaginary friend? The Operator might have been the one that protected him; looked out for him and gave him strength. A desire so powerful that when Tim feels threatened, TO comes out to deal with the problem and brings Masky with him, to make Tim feel brave.

I kind of doubt Tim has seen any of the new entries, he told Jay that he was going to try to forget he ever met him. (Although, I suppose that's what he could have been lying about.) I don't really think Jay and Tim are going to team up any time soon,though.

I've been wondering whether the "HE IS a liar Follow ME" message was left for Tim or Jay, and I think I'm going to have to conclude that it WAS left for Jay. The fact that he found Tim's medical papers in a folder called labelled "Liar" indicates that it's Tim who's being accused of being a liar. Also, why leave Tim his own medical papers anyway? His distaste for the annex and his phone call in Entry 55 seems to strongly imply that he already remembers everything that happened to him there.

I did this! I know, there's nothing of any real value here, but now you have the source. If anyone wants to try to decipher anything from the other page, be my guest, but I couldn't make anything out.

Edit: Added the second PDF I just found. I might be able to fill some of it out.
Edit: Pretty sure I matched everything up on the second page. Looks like he was going in for dialysis and was uncooperative in 2002.
Edit: Just looked up dialysis on Wikipedia, unsure of its exact purpose admittedly. Sounds provocative, considering the history of MH and water.

Quick note: The part that said hives was under a list that said Amoxicillin and codeine. The part before hives said Explain (something). This is most likely a list of meds he is allergic to, and the allergic reaction to said meds.

And N/A most likely doesn't mean not available, but not applicable.
