In the same way that hecklers ruin the mood at comedy shows. I'm not personally annoyed at you, and you often raise some good points, but I can see how people might be less accepting.

I think a lot of rants directed at you could be prevented if you included some more positive criticism. Mind you, not mindless praise, but some more nuance. I don't think you think the series is complete and utter garbage (or you probably wouldn't be here), but your posts can sometimes easily make it seem otherwise. And if your goal is for Trosephim to use your criticism, it might also be helpful to include some things you'd like them to keep doing.

Again, I'm not particularly bothered, but I can see where the anger (or at least annoyance) is coming from.

 		I'm not heckling. I've stated that anything I don't criticize I enjoyed, and the same people who keep calling me out on it already know i don't hate the series, so it's wrong to say that the reason they call me out is cause they think i hate it. Anything I would post non criticizingly is just the same thing other people are saying and it adds nothing to the topic.

I think the idea is that when people watch an entry it really excites them. They watch it by themselves, in the dark, ect., they really liked it, so they come to unforum to talk about it. The modd their in is happy and scared and excited and in the mood to wildly speculate and share their thoughts on the quality of the entry.

And then they see your post about how you hated the entry. I know you've explained you actually like most of the entries and you just find it useless to talk about the good parts since everyone else already did. But your posts don't exactly say "I liked the entry, except (X Part) could have been improved in (X Way)." You come on a and say "(X Part) was bad in (X Way)" and that basically makes up your entire post.

I'm not saying you shouldn't criticize the entries, or even that the way you criticize them should change, although I do disagree with most of your criticisms (Who gives a crap if Slender Man can fit in a maintenance tunnel? He's a stretchy tall guy without a face who warps reality.) As a matter of fact you're probably right; it shouldn't ruin someone's mood just because someone somewhere didn't like entry. But you should try to understand excited people who watched the entry and want to go to the forum and see you being negative, and feel brought down by it. Even though that's not what your trying to do. Again, I'm not saying you should change, but try to have some empathy.

 		I don't know what you want me to do then. I even put in the posts that I didn't hate the entry and gave my opinion on it weighing the good and bad.

IIRC for entry 60 i said "it wasn't a bad entry but it wasn't a good one." I listed something I did enjoy in case someone was going to spew the whole "you hate every entry" crap and lo and behold people are still doing it anyway.

I don't mind if people hate on me but if I'm forced to have my own topic for my opinions and criticisms than this site isn't worth posting on since it's a restriction on free speech. Something tells me the moderators aren't that closed minded.

I'm just saying you could try to not treat people like they're being somehow mean or oppressive to you when they complain about you. But you're right, just because some people are arbitrarily bothered by you expressing your opinion doesn't mean you should have to restrict your speech. That's not at all fair. So actually, forget what I said in my last post, I'm full of shit. Pravado, keep posting your criticisms. They add to the conversation and shouldn't be bitched about, especially on a discussion forum like this one.

EDIT: I changed some of the wording on this post. I think I'm obligated to tell everyone or something. Whateves.

 		I just find your "criticisms" to be nitpicky at best. I've seen plenty of shitty youtube videos and shitty movies to know when a flaw is passable if the majority of the work is damn good. I get that you are a really big fan of the series. You nitpick it because you love it so much. Your nitpicking just tends to piss me off. Sorry that I find needlessly nitpicking something to be total bullshit. I watched one review from a guy posting as The Distressed Watcher back when he was on thatguywiththeglasses.com, and it was nothing but nitpicking in the same manner as you. I never watched another of his reviews because I felt it would be pointless if he was just going to nitpick and not actually give a review with valid points.

Becaue his name alone has begun to cause rage that of an ostricized tiger roaring for attention. I really think the issue here is just adding gas to the fire. While I do disagree with most of Pravado's pointless nitpicks, if people didn't rage back, then it'd be done, and we could move on.

I really don't mind your criticisms as i've said before. I especially like when you tell people they're being retarded with their theory that would be proven wrong if they'd even watched the series. However, I just think out of game critiquing should be OOG spoilered. After settling down to solve the recent mystery I don't want to be subjected to "The operator was so fake in this entry, what was troy thinking" "This again? I don't believe we're subjected to the same entries over and over"
