 		..why it's a good idea anyway, i think.
But I don't see how you made that extra square using the partial key. It's vertical line should align perfectly to the already existing empty square in the upper right corner...

 		Coordinates
The coordinates (assuming they actually are coordinates) may be spherical, planar, or even a vector pointing from the center of the planet.

Try each of these, and check the results.
Also, why would it have to be base 20? It could as well be 2, 8, 10 or 16.
