1. Asked Dahlia what she was celebrating, pointed me over there. Also, I check all the websites on a regular basis Razz
2. I asked the same, but there's a fairly good reason. Companies register with Intellectual Property offices in several countries even if they haven't expanded there to prevent misuse of their name/brand. And American agencies are more forceful with enforcement than Canadian agencies tend to be.
3. I copied the image into dropbox and linked to that for reference when it won't still be up Wink

As for seizing the site by US authorities, I would point out, as an IT person, that their domain was registered out of Utah. That makes it real easy to explain why this comes into the US sphere of influence.

To speak to the site still being up, often, when a site is seized, the gateway is grabbed first and it takes a few hours for the rest of the site to go down for a variety of reasons, including caching on the web and on your personal computer. If you check the site again, I believe you will find the whole thing is now down.

A little something of interest, whilst we're on hiatus:
I wrote to Henry a few days ago. He just replied, and this part of his email I'd like to share with you:

Dun Dun Dun... either their just trying to deal with the PR, production and research side of things, or they've caught onto Henry's back-room dealings.
