The video would be uploaded to the marblehornets channel. It would be a video of a tv news report just like the one where jays apartment is burned. In the news report it would mention a killer named Jay is still on the loose after the deaths of Alex Kralie and Tim Whateverhisnameis the report would end, and the camera pans around to reveal hoodie, the operator is standing behind him . The camera is not distorting at all and the operators tentacles are visible moving along the ceiling.

The camera pans back to the tv, and another masked man is putting a tape in. The tape is of Jay in a hotel with a bunch of police cars outside. He is obviously scared shitless and looks like he hasnt been taling care of homself and says something along the lines of "I'm sorry Alex, I'm sorry Tim if anyone ever sees this just know that what happened was a mistake...that thing made me....it's a part of me now just like it was a part of alex, and i won't let it hurt anyone else"
Jay puts the camera down facing the window and jumps out. he runs into the woods and police can be heard yelling "get him" and shit like that. "A masked man grabs the camera and turns it off. The last shot is of all the masks that were ever a part of TTA being thrown into a fire by their respective wearers.

To be honest, I really like the one posted earlier about how jay always bookmarks the entries with the car, so seeing oppy in the road and ramming him... after all's said and done and everything's been revealed. I also like the idea presented in the same post about the operator facing a different direction and snapping his head a split second before getting hit, as a throwback to the first entry...

My two cents. That seems like the best ending to me. Considering:

As much as I love callbacks, trying to take Slenderman down with Car-Fu would feel weird, considering EMH did it in a very early video.

They said that in an interview on Troyhasacamera a while ago but said the ending had to be redone for how they wanted the series to play out.
