I feel like the gaps make it more realistic. If Jay's got no new leads, he's got no new leads. If he doesn't find something, something will find him in due time. Alex and Tim blame Jay for starting things up again, but after rewatching season 1, I'm starting to think things never really stopped, they all just learned to ignore it. If it wasn't Jay it would've been someone else. Alex said so himself, that running away just made things worse.

And so on. If I was Jay I would probably be overcautious too.

So, the plot's going to be kind of repetitive unless something big and totally spontaneous on Jay's part happens soon...dude needs to take initiative...

Really, Jay has done two cool and impressive things in this entire series that were totally on his own steam:

Thinking ahead to take the key before he left Alex's place in #40.
Everything starting from Tim's ambush in #52, and ending after Jay gets Operaped.

Otherwise he's kind of a passive character.

This is a good point. If I were Jay I would spend my days curled up under a desk crying until someone shoved a clue in my face. I feel like Jay's hit a dead end and we're waiting for totheark to stop playing Slender long enough to make a cryptically helpful video.

Eh, this is really the first time in a long while that he hasn't had a lead to go on. Season 2 he had the tapes of his missing seven months, and season 3 invovled a very active series of stakeouts while searching for Tim, visiting an important location, etc. Trail hasn't really gone cold like this since season 1.

I still think that trying to contact Tim's mom might be his next step but he isn't tweeting about it to protect her safety.

I dunno, if I met a guy who was an accomplice to me getting my leg broken by a block of cement, I would probably get on that sooner...

Really, since they sort of unblinded the non-Jay characters to the fourth wall, a lot of stuff is getting sketchy as far as what's safe to do and what's not.

 		I was on the Slender Man Mythos Unfiction forum when the new EMH came out, and they were like "Wow, this video was really good, I see why it's taken 3 months to makes." Seriously, the past few months all the other Slender Man series have been uploading about that slowly.

So ya, the rate MH has uploaded is fairly phenomenal actually, when you look at how hard the other series are working to make everything come out faster. Seriously, Troy and Joseph are awesome.

Also, remember they filmed "Something else" besides THaC last week, so don't lose hope yet!

 		All the responses to the troll thread have 11 or under posts, even if one of them is complaining about the troll thread and another is him responding to that. Moral: I hope the mods realize it's all just one person and delete the thread. If we can get a troll thread deleted that'll be a major victory for us.

As the first response seemed to be an accomplice, I assume that they are wise to this and use a second account or friend to makes sure it can't be removed.
