hurdleguy, that was the time that Dana saw activity on that page. Probably when someone got a live call from the Sleeping Princess.

It may be a conference call.
She gives the number, and we call in to listen

You jump to conlcusions, my friend. I have no idea what the live Combat Exercise is, but that's probably why there aren't any transmissions that day.
You are incorrect and owe hurdleguy an apology as he was NOT the first person to mention HALO 2.
I point you to the post of XBSgronar which comes before hurdleguy's post

Point, Zaxxan.
I was perturbed, and I owe you an apology, hurdleguy. I'm sorry.
I was incensed at the implication that we were pushing an easily debunked theory that really, none of us believe.
I meant no harm. Again, sorry.

So I'm still kinda unclear about what Melissa means when she said "live broadcasts". Streaming audio? I will be doing a haunted house thing at midnight...if this happens then....well, I just hope we get some kind of advance notice.

Actually, it seems that the real reason is that select crew members will be allowed a Live Combat Exercise that tuesday.
Just to clear this up, but the live combat exercise is on Thursday, November 4th, not Tuesday.

How will Melissa get back to the future?
I read a story once about teleportation that involved constructing a new teleportee at the destination and transferring the mind to the new body. The original body was subsequently destroyed.
Melissa has an avatar in the future in the form of Durga. Could she tranfer control to Durga and delete herself in our time?
Also, what did the SP mean by referencing Occam's Razor?
Was she referring to the fact that she was Yasmine or something else?

All I can say is that we are about to discover why Mellissa was training us to be able to act while she was gone.

regarding occam's razor, this would seem to make sense. The only hesitation I have with saying a "yes" is that I thought this was already an established fact, so there is no point in looking for the most obvious solution when it has already been given to us.

Thread over in Axon Coordination for considering how (if needed) we might coordinate something about Sunday. Maybe not needed at all; maybe we'll get different bits of a larger denouement? Dunno. Keep it in mind. Maybe we'll have a better idea later in the week.

Maybe I'm being overly cautious, but the more I think about it the more I believe we probably haven't worked as hard as we're going to have to.
The PM's have been getting harder and harder as far as the amount of coordination that is involved. This tuesday was definitely the most complicated we've seen, but after reading the mosts mentioning melissa's warning that she is preparing us for when she's gone, I can only imagine we may have an incredible coordination task in store for us when she leaves. If this is the case, why doesn't some one step up and take the reigns for me. I'd gladly assist, but don't want to lead.
I have always believed that it's best to be too ready, then not ready enough. So, I'm planning for the biggest thing we've ever seen, and I'll give any help I can.

the other possibility is that the preparation she's requiring of us for when she's gone, is actually us being prepared to play Halo 2 and saved the world... are we prepared? Technically, we'd be on our own, without her help any more. And in the definition of 'preparation', that could very well be what we are being prepared for - getting all the facts so we can best understand the situation and conflict when it arises.

Yeah, I agree with the bruce . The "training exercise" will most likely be Halo 2 multiplayer and when Melissa leaves we will need to hone our skills in this wonderful simulator.
