 		so i got word on formspring.... that they are ready to send me details of the ritual and they asked for my email address...

spooky stufff.... Shocked i gave it to shadow rises and im now awaiting details of the ritual to come to my email ...

stand by guys!.... eye popping stuff (geddit) Rolling Eyes

it tells me in it that it is between me and the shadows... and im not allowed to gab to my allies.. Shocked and that if they find out i have, its not going to be plesant for me

im about to lose an eye here.....

Do they want photo proof of the whole ritual ? Or just the end result? Like something wrapped up in a blood stained towel?

I posted on your wetpaint thread (I thought it didn't show up at first, but you have to click "Show Last Reply"). Let's hope Jon is right and the shadows don't know about that site.

It should probably be noted that Jon and Zardock have been posting Repo! The Genetic Opera songs via twitter. I haven't seen the movie, but I heard it's about people whose organs get repossessed. I wouldn't doubt an eye gets removed at some point.
I haven't analyzed all the songs, but the one Zardock posted has the lyrics, "Where did our daughter go? It's me she must escape."

 		I just remembered one more person in Mordred who obviously has his shadow intact: Jons new boss. What if we're lucky and he's not from town?

I'm sure the shadows would know by now, but it's worth a shot?

 		Coffee Yikes! Reading thru everything found it odd there was no mention in the ritual details about this photo from the SWC video. Zardock was keen to identify it as "a cow pelvis mask" and to inquire about the (Z)Algiz Rune of Protection painted on it. And, yaha TallulahBelle, Jon's boss is an intriguing lead.

 		It'd be nice if we could find a way to circumvent having to do the ritual at all on anyone, so they don't accomplish whatever they're out for.

Though it doesn't look like there's really any other option. At least not that I see.

I've been lurking on here for a couple of days and just thought that I should make myself known! I've only ever been semi-involved in ARGs before, but this one seems so interesting (and spooky)! Excited to see where it goes. Smile

About Isitoq (to whom the eye is to be presented): Inuit god, punishes those who break taboos, takes the form of a giant flying eye.

Do we think that broken taboos are at the root of all this?

Looking forward to working with you all!

It's possible there are some broken taboos that are at the root of this. I can't remember specifics, but didn't someone once mention that the town has a very bloody history?

 		So yea, there's some news.

Zardock, as everyone else in that town, has gone through the ritual and made the sacrifice. And he is indeed the father of Jon and Char. And he will finally share his research with us.


ShadowsRise will not tell me the purpose of the sacrifice.
