Since Masky is kind of a representation of what all this operator business has done to him, directly and indirectly, it makes sense that he keeps the limp because Masky represents how Tim cannot move on. He can't move on from what Alex did, so he has a limp.

I like the idea that the 'you' is directed not at Jay but someone in the audience, or the audience collectively. Someone mentioned on youtube that maybe the reason they left the comments on was to await a certain comment, like, as another person on here suggested, Alex to step in, or Jay to use another account. Or, they're just waiting for someone out there to find an answer.
I know this was mentioned in a wayyy earlier thread, but if Alex's middle name starts with an R, then that would make Alex R. Kralie: ARK. It could be a matter of fishing him out into the woods through guilt.
Just some personal theories

I noticed something earlier: The titles of the previous entries are Entry###### and entryy. The spelling error gives us an extra 'y' and the missing 'e', perhaps there are 6 letters (######) hidden that contain an anagram?

 		I don't know. It's really unlike Marble Hornets to involve the audience. And I don't think they'd make another official account after 60+ entries. But then again, I could be wrong. But unless I'm remembering wrong, haven't comments been enabled on previous entries accidentally in the past?

 		Wait, people are now ruling out Tim/Masky as TTA?

What did I miss. I still clearly remember Entry ###### and the numerous times Masky has appeared in TTA videos.

Hoody and Masky together make up TTA.

Hoody is not by himself, at least, not when Tim is Masky.

 		Two times TTA has hijacked the main youtube account (Entry ##### and Entry) they have been very Masky/Tim centered entries. Entry ##### states "You will lead me to the ark" maybe this is the last chance to lead TTA to the ark? Just my random theory.

I posted about that on the second page, but people generally don't look back that far anyway, so it's fine.

All signs to seem to point to the pills keeping Tim from turning into Masky. Now comes the inevitable question: WHO WAS PILLS?! An obvious answer would be his doctor. Of course, we don't know who that is yet.

You're right, I remember them being enabled on a few posts, because people were regularly commenting on that... I just don't think it's happened on a hack yet. Also, if the hacker were jacking Jay's computer at the time and he left his youtube account signed in, then he may have been in a rush to post this and disappear. I hate to say it, but it sounds like Jay to leave his accounts signed in when he's being stalked.

Comments are enabled on all TTA videos. I thought leaving the comments on implied that TTA posted it. Are the comments enabled on Entry ###### or enttry #37?

EDIT: Comments were also enabled on Entry ######, but not on enttry #37.

 		That was haunting.

I'm probably jumping the shark, but I need to post my thoughts. Skimasky is Jay, no doubt about it. It looks like him, and the blame is directed at Jay for letting it happen, where he just took the pills.

Tim having an exorcism was not what I was expecting. My first and only thought right now is that he got possessed by the Operator. That whole getting up scene was because the Operator wasn't familiar with a human body. He disappeared to Rosswood Park, according to TTA.

I'm not 100% on it because it came completely out of nowhere though.

To be fair, Trospeh would be debunking everything, even the correct answer.

Honestly, I'm starting to think more and more that Alex might really be the Ark. For a couple of reasons:
1) After the run in with Alex in season 2, Tim immediately started getting better. The only time he has appeared as Masky between then and the present day is when Jay found the tapes in the safe.
2) We're in the beginning of the endgame, and absolutely nothing else has been introduced that has the slightest possibility of the ark.

While it's most likely the wrong answer, it's the only one I see right now, unless they have whatever the ark is show up in the last couple episodes for the very first time.
