I find it hilarious that, chronologically speaking, Jessica wasn't involved at that point. She still believed Alex had found Amy and was living the good life. It wasn't until later that Jay screwed it up.

Troseph said in a panel that they wanted to bring everyone from Season 1 and 2 back. This kinda explains Seth's ten second cameo in Entry 54. If Brian isn't Hoody, then he's been cameo'd enough too. I think it's more relevant that we haven't seen Sarah yet, since there it doesn't look like there will be any more old tapes found. Though it could just be that they couldn't get her or they have nothing for her.


As for what's in Rosswood park:

 		So sorry if this has been said, but when Hoody says "look what you have casued", he's implying that it's Jay's fault for Tim's mental state and maskiness. So, when Hoody takes the pills, Tim goes crazy. Maybe when Jay took the pills in #16, he caused what we saw in #18? And it only slightly subsided because Masky came and stole the pills in #19?

You have to understand though, most of the fandom is not like us, at all. When you're on a message board all the time over analysis is inevitable, especially when it's one that's built to solve ARGs. The majority of MH subscribers are not thinking shit like "Jessica is Masky OMG," they're going with the obvious implication.

Also, over analyzing communities hate twist endings from nowhere, because it means nothing they tried to analyze actually meant anything. Look at how people reacted to the official Zelda timeline. No one expected it, and all the crazy over analyzers hated it with a passion because they'd spent so much time trying to guess it, and it was "Un-guessable".

Finally, and probably most importantly, Trosephim's not gonna write shitty to pander to their crazy fans, because their really good writers and they wouldn't do that. Especially not Joseph.

I agree on that. Again, I don't think it'd be likely, I was just pointing out that it would be hard to satisfy everyone. I see what you mean, though, I would much rather a simple, loose-end-tying story that makes me feel satisfied to have seen the series in its entirety.
