Well, in a case like this, the general craziness at the beginning of the video was probably pretty carefully designed, even in-universe. So, Troy (OOG) and totheark (IG) probably intended for us to see the face. What it means is another matter. It's probably just intended to be creepy, although it could have some significance since the "open gaping white eyes" bit immediately makes me think of Masky.
