Here is the link for Woodfield Mal in Schaumburg , it is a big mall, weird layout too. http://www.gowoodfieldmall.com/. I plan on going, have to see if I can get the day off first. I want to get there early to avoid the traffic, to everyone going to this traffic is horrible,

Ok, to all people in the area. Is there any construction or horrible traffic or any other reason I should change my route.

Hi guys... I guess I'm a n00b on the unfiction forums now, but I've been paying close attention to ILoveBees since late July, and have activated a few Axon's myself since...

Anyway, I feel unbelievably lucky, in that I live about 10 -15 minutes away from our location at Woodfield mall, and can't wait to see some of you other ARGer's there.

Although I'm only 16, I don't forsee there being any problem with my participation in a game of Halo 2... And if there is a problem.. Well.. I'll just have to elimidate everybody.

I'll be there. Its only a 5 hour drive from the middle of Iowa... I'll probably be driving back that night unless I can find somewhere to stay cheap enough.

Oh well, its a big I Love Bees party, what more could we want to end this?!?

I'm staying in my car...

I really want to go out and do something afterward. I don't care we all go to the closest IHOP, it'd just be fun to hang out with you folks for more then just three hours.

Any one up for an all nighter...

There's a Denny's right around the corner.

Oh... Also, when I sent the email confirmation, I put "Schaumburg" for the location.. But maybe I should have put "Chicago"...?

Did anybody else do this? Will I be turned down!!?? Am I paranoid!!!?!?

Yes.

Enthusiasm

So, it looks like we're the busiest of the the "Combat Training Exercise Coordination" threads. Very Happy The Midwest rocks.

I wish we could help, but we both have to work on Friday, so we'll be heading straight from Milwaukee at 4:00 (we're leaving early) to Chicago and will be heading back to Milwaukee afterwards. That means, unfortunately, that we aren't able to offer people a place to crash, and unless there's someone in Milwaukee who wants a ride, probably we're no help there either. Sad

But we're really looking forward to meeting all of you.

(I had no idea that this thread was here -- my internet connection was insanely slow at work today, so eventually I more or less gave up.)

Those of you driving who are not so familiar with Chicago Traffic.

GCMtravel.com - Learn it and love it.

Also, if you were thinking to yourself, "hey I could use some _____ at IKEA." There's one close by.

I don't have anything important or special to say, but I think we all need to put in a few good hours of practice before the event. Personally, I need to brush up on my headshot skills. I wonder if there will be a tournament style showdown, or all out 3hr fragfest? This suspense is evil... what a marketing tool. Very Happy

The only valid reason I can derive from having all 4 of these run simultaneously is that we will be playing the other cities.

SO LET'S REPRESENT!

Ditto. I haven't played for months -- basically I've always borrowed Kali's xBox. I think I've had it almost as much as she has. Smile Just (and I mean just) got my own. And from what we've SPEC'd, it may be harder in Halo 2 to use our settings (Legacy and Boxer).

Stupid Perfect Dark, getting me used to those settings.
