This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Can I get your name and your supervisor's contact info? Good customer service is hard to find, and I feel should be rewarded whenever possible.

Received: Oh yeah, sure. Thank you haha. My name is Riddley Yang and my Supervisor is Chail Kaspian. Who know's this might get me a promotion. I'm getting married soon and would love to take my girl to Mars, I hear its really good up there this time of year.

Received: You can just ask the line here, they can pretty much get you anywhere. I can put you through to him if you want. and yeah in 2115. got to save up a little first. Mars is not cheap you know.

I've been dealing with various customer service people for years now, and Riddley was excellent; prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Also, I forgot to mention earlier (and maybe you can help me with this) that I have a cousin who I am trying to get hooked on the IrisWatch. Can you provide me with some literature, or maybe just some features? I'm trying to come up with some selling points to push him onto our side.

Received: Ah thank you. Riddley is a good young man. Very good at what he does, It's good to hear it from a customer though, customer service can be a rough job. As for your cousin if you go to any IrisWare outlet you will be able to find all you need. Though if you are unable to do so I could probably get you some information in the next few hours?

Sent: If you wouldn't mind putting something together for me, I would appreciate it. The nearest IrisWare is a bit of a trip for me, and I'm not planning a trip for a few weeks. If you could send me anything you feel might be helpful, I'm sure I can finally convince my cousin to take the plunge.

Received: Shouldn't be a problem. I can get you the latest information by the end of the day. Its getting mighty busy here so you will have to wait it out. Sorry for the inconvenience.
