I can't agree. I like Pravado and respect his right to speak his mind, even if I disagree with him. I just think this questions thing was messed up.


you're assuming i asked dumb questions that couldn't be answered, but i didn't. i knew he didn't want to give anything away so i chose questions pertaining to things that i thought would never get brought up again in the series.


i asked people to give me MH related questions to ask. lots of people asked non-mh related questions so i didn't ask them. don't see why bringing it up was "pointless" just because he didn't want to answer them... the kid i was asking knew him for a long time

Uh, yes. If you're going to go public with something like this, and try to make it at least semi-proffesional (the term, of course, being used very loosely due to the subject matter), then discrimination of question-takery based on personal relationships requires a disclaimer so that we can know what we're getting into.

1. You should have let him decide which questions he did or did not want to answer.
2. You also rejected a question because you didn't like the guy asking it.

That and I'd like to know how many diseases Tim cured, how many corrupt dictators he toppled, and how quickly he located the Higgs boson as a direct result of not being asked non-MH related questions. Although, were someone to tell me he actually did all those things, I would not immediately call them a liar.

Er, again, I don't feel that I was ever particularly dickish toward pravado. I never called him names or said anything he did was dumb or stupid, which he does (see this page)... And it's not like I've never argued with anyone else on UF, so I don't see why pravado is taking it so personally. Hell, I even made a conscious effort to respond to him in a way that I felt was less rude than his posts... Anyway, it's not really important anymore, I just thought I should clarify.

Anyone else feel that Pravado calling someone rude is kind of like the pot calling the kettle black? I've had limited interaction with him, but during those interactions he's sent off some bad vibes. Its possible I could just misinterpreting his bluntness all the time, but it always comes off as extremely rude and arrogant to me. I'm also like 80% sure he was temporarily banned from the boards for rudeness recently, though I may have him confused with another user.

The last "unspoilery" screenshot went up Aug. 7, and Aug. 8 gave us Tweetpocalypse. I don't know if that's the usual pattern. Here's hoping.

Don't start this. Point is not that I'm rude, it's that I had the opportunity to get some questions across and chose which ones made the list. I was never banned, nobody wants to hear anymore pravado talk. move on.

And my point is that you chose poorly in this particular case, for the multitude of reasons I stated earlier.

Hmm, while a scene where they're all smoking their real life counterparts' favorite cigars would be interesting to watch, I don't think it would fit organically in the story.
