I debated leaving a message but I couldn't think of anything to say. Maybe the message will become pertinent if we find something out along the way. Almost like a "Press 8 to speak directly to a customer service representative." feature that companies use for their cust. service.

The image appears to be a gas mask of sorts.

I just called the number. Didn't leave a message. Messaged Mr. Hale about us recieving Horizon recruitment propoganda, but I'm guessing that sort of thing is "standard" for this world, so probably nothing to worry about.

I've also received the email regarding jobs on Atlas, but have yet to decide if I'll call the number.

So, from what I've seen, it looks like Horizon has two major parts: they provide technology to allow interstellar business, and they also act as a security firm for Earth. Assuming that Earth is part of the Union, it sounds like they've probably been hired by whatever governmental agency rules the Union to protect... something. Granted, this is all assuming a separation between government and commerce, which may not be the case, but it's interesting nonetheless.

I'm also intrigued by the Citizen's Guide at the footer of each page. I wonder if we can get a digital copy of that from someone? I'm going to ask Hale, and I'll upload it somewhere if I do.

Finally made an account to get in on this. Sent away an email about employment to Horizon, and called the number. I am thinking about sending an email requesting another guidebook copy under the premise that mine was "destroyed". Google Searches for Aegis Security runs up a number of sites, all seem to be legit, real world security. Will keep searching.
