 		Any ideas on the upper right corner of the photo? At first I assumed it was reversed/mirrored text(as if the photo was flipped), but I'm not so sure anymore.

Beat me to that one. I recognized the coordinates from the Prometheus viral marketing where we had the flashing star lead to the WOW signal also. Is this for Prometheus 2 already?


Although that sounds crazy awsome a few things they have the www.whatis101112.com for the viral up untill its dvd release also there doesnt seem to be much marketing for this if it is also from what I know of the ALIENS sega is that the "UNION" is not in it they go to the planet in Prometheus inaround 2075-90 I do not want to sound rude at all but I do wish to be wrong lol also check out what they gave at sdcc 2012.

Really hard to tell. I'm wishing I had one of those tv-esque "enhance" features lol. Playing with the colors makes it a little easier to read, but not much.

 		Sounds like Atlas is an exoplanet that orbits the star indicated. Anyone have any catalog number for that star? Google "SIMBAD" -- I think that is the name of the website I use at work. Stellarium is another good free resource that might be useful.

 		Why is the spherical symbol that appears on the folder and on Jones' stationary also on the letter pulled from Horizon Industries?

I don't recall seeing this one before and it isn't on the horizon industries site from what I could tell.

If I remember too, I'll play with the PDFs later on.

 		The one thing I can't seen to figure out is why the blueprint looks so dated.
It's far in the future. we have interstellar travel, humans colonizing different planets and the attachment to a request is an old-fashioned fading blueprint.
We have iPads and tablets now.... I wonder why not in the future.
And the building itself...

It has got old-fashioned bay like windows. The stairs in the tower section look old in a way... It just doesn't ad up.

Edit.
Maybe it would be good to compare the blueprint to the structure on the recruitment flyer.

 		Keen observation. I thought that was two guys in snow gear, but it does look like it could indeed be the listening tower, as it's two prongs look like that.

Also the symbol (which I am assuming is for the Union) appears on the recruitment flyer too.

it could be but doesnt look the exact same, but hey they are only blue prints but could just be me havnt got my contacts in, i also noticed the logo

I don't know EXACTLY what it stands for - the logo, I mean. But it's been on everything so far - including the package that I initially received, along with Yimmu's logo. The sphere was in the bottom left, if you look in my initial pictures.

 		Agreed, the listening station's tower and the structure on the recruitment poster may be related.

It may also be worthwhile to consider the date on the planetary claim for Atlas - 05/01/2275. Given the way the timeline seems to work, that would be just last year. Horizon would have had no problem building their listening post by now.

Given that there appears to be a connection between the listening post and the Wow signal, it is plausible that Horizon is building the outpost to monitor that region for alien transmissions or to somehow block those transmissions from reaching other Union planets such as Earth.
