Fringe season 5 final season A couple of arg ideas OK so most of you know about 42E's most recent and most likely dead arg Icefly. Well some of you might also watch the J J Abrams series on Fox fringe and know it is coming to an end with a fifth and final season. So there is also another arg/puzzle type email experience that is in the New & Rumors fourm labeled The Courier. Where I am going with this is that if you watch the show there are these godlike beings called Observers who watch and somtimes manipulate what happens. The like with the Courier is that after you pass his first set of puzzles he will dub you an Observer or a/n Traveler and Observer could just be a common name. But with the icefly arg part in the recent season 4 last couple of episodes you find out there is human experimentation and subjects. The icefly arg needs test subjects and experiment. Although I am most likely wrong about these Ideas I just felt that I should throw my Ideas out there.

Let me stop you there.
The observers are humans from the future. They don't have Godlike powers. They don't manipulate events, they only observe it. The only observer that screwed up was September.
Fringe wouldn't come out with an arg. They just recently found out that season five was on and that season 4 finale's was either a cliffhanger or an end.
The arg you are talking about is very impossible to be related to Fringe as the show is already established and they're using all their money/budget into season 5's finale.
The icefly arg is not "dead". It has already finished. They're not a big company and they also have other args to work on. Just be patient and wait for our prizes please.

There have been a few videos in a viral campaign for the final season. This one has elements which make me want to (a) decrypt the alien font, and (b) see what is flashing on a few frames.

I know of only one previous video.

Hey big boy I call them god like because they are bald and are in and out of time and have high technology and my God-Like is different than yours and to be honest I don't have to justify my self to a person such as you and another thing they have these cool videos too also J.J. Abrams has done many ARG type virals for almost all of his works even thought they may not be his idea they do seem to be for just ABOUT all of his works.

S05 starts Sept 28th, so its unlikely that TPTB would launch an ARG so close to that date, unless it was going to be wicked short. I love Fringe and wish they would have, but prob unlikely.

Thank you for the screen grabs. Yep, simple substitution, but now I can move along. I never expected an ARG, but it's fun to treat these as Easter Eggs or bonus material. Nothing wrong with enjoying a viral for its own sake.
Oh, and would you be a dear and grab the logo from the front of the videos, too? They have the same writing around the top of the circle. Thanks!

I don't know catherwood, looks like the stuff on the seal may just be decoration?
Edit to add:
I take that back. It seems to begin Ministry and end in Defense with 4 to 5 characters in between.

Since this is all Wild Specualtion and wishful thinking, let me argue a point from above.
The Observers run the future. They seem to suggest that they don't change the past but I don't think that's necessarily true. I think they may have changed events that put them in the position they have in the future and that they don't want to change other things in fear of ruining that future. They are governed by self interest and will take action, change a timeline, to preserve their future position of power.

I came up with this only after allowing for some sloppy handwriting on the "i" and "t" in VITAL. I don't have a lot of faith that VITAL is correct, but it's the best I can do for now
