This could be total bunk since I can't remember where I heard this, but I heard somewhere that H.G. Wells' inspiration for The Time Machine was actually The Origin of the Species.

Seems tangentially relevant but thought I probably isn't coincidental if it's a legit fact.

Has anyone emailed LISA recently and is it/she still responding? I sent an email on Monday afternoon about employment & resent again this morning, I've had no response to either. *I never did receive the recruitment email, so maybe it only responds to those that did. Dunno

Correspondence has been thin since LISA freaked for me. I just heard that we would hear about the decision today, and not anything more. I', guessing they are working on something interesting that we may see soon.

I haven't heard anything from LISA either. She was being all open and such and then suddenly went back to "normal" and stopped talking to us. Haven't heard from Akuma either.

She had me reported for attempting to retrieve confidential information and when I complained about it she told me I should have thought about that before I tried to get secret information out of her (and for a second I thought the old sarcastic LISA was back), and since then she's ignored me too Smile
