Well beat me to the punch. Although I was actually hoping for the thread to already be underway with some screencaps. But I guess the video's only been up for a little while.
Anyway, I did catch the word 'FOLLOWS' in the flickering image near the end.

What makes this creepy for me is how.. Cognizant? Ark is getting. The videos are becoming more and more "Normal" with less distortions and flickers. Like he's waking up all the way after being asleep, shaking off the groggy's.

In the glare near the beginning where he's filming the hoodyhut it seems like there's a face and maybe legs, or something.

At first watch I thought it reminded me of the face in entry 23 or 24 that appears in the TV for some reason, but now i'm not so sure at all.

And there were a couple of flashed images but I'm gonna wait until you valiant guys upload them.

Hopefully foreshadowing more Operator videos. The end shots look like Entry 51. The pairing up of Hoody and the Operator is kind of weird though. It's like it means more than just "being followed".

Hoody kinda looked like the Observer from TT, the way he was standing there.
