Last time Jay tweeted that Tim called for a meeting, "Entry #59" was posted the next day. The time before that, though, it was nearly week between the tweeted meeting and the posting of "Entry #58."

I wonder if downtown is the significant part of this, or if they'll leave for somewhere else. The antique store might have an artifact they could find or a wise old person who'd remember a helpful legend - but that place was closing down, right? Maybe they're headed to the doctor's office; Tim might try to show the doctors some of the footage and get a medical opinion on slender-sickness or find out more about his own history? I'm excited, no matter what.

Hmm, he says near the antique store, not at it. If that place was going out of business before Season III began, then it's been shut down for a long time, now.

You need something to bring you back in? What do you mean? Things have been getting really intense lately. In Entry #59, we got to see a huge fight between Tim and J. In Entry #60, J ran into the Operator in a fucking TUNNEL. Entry #61 practically proved that Hoody may be ToTheArk, and we got confirmation that Tim goes into Masky mode without the pills. And Entry #62 showed us an epic chase between TiMasky and J. What more do you want? You don't want this series to devolve into what TribeTwelve and EveryManHYBRID calls a series, right? Give them time to work.

I think he means that we need an explanation for A.) The THREE WEEK gap inbetween 61 and 62. There has been no tweet. No "white text" explanation. It's just as if 62 was uploaded the day after 61 and there was never a three week gap. and of course, B.) An explanation for what Jay and Tim have been doing for the three weeks SINCE entry #62. Surely they had enough time during their day to send us a tweet that they were okay?

No I simply mean I think the story is devolving from what it built up and I was left with a sour taste in my mouth for the past few entries. I need something to make me care about this series as much as I used to. Don't respond to this by saying the story has built up, that's just like, your opinion man

Well, he did send a tweet saying that they were okay. And obviously the three week gap was due to OOG scheduling issues, or they simply had no time to film at all. I do agree that they need to come up with an in-game reason for why the wait was so long.

Right, that's my point. He says downtown, but the only things we know are downtown are the antique store and the clinic. I can imagine a couple of scenarios that would bring us back to those places, which I mentioned above, but I think it's more likely that the guys will be meeting there and heading somewhere else.

If I put myself in their shoes, I'm a little puzzled about why they've not been working together all this time -- that is, why it took Tim so long to "finally" call after 62. I would have thought that 62 reinforced the constant possibility of being attacked at any time, and they finally don't have to face it alone. If it were me, I would have hunkered down together immediately and started trying to find solutions. In other words, the "in-game" explanation so far for why there's been a delay since 62 is that Tim didn't call. I wonder why.

Eh, we all have our opinions. And you have every right to believe your's. I just think that the beginning entries of Season 3 were a lot better than the slow ones of Season 1 and 2. I believe we're getting into the prime time of Season 3 at this point.

Nice, looking forward to the next entry. Also what's with the idea that the gap somehow needs to be explained? Jay's been waiting for Tim to contact him, Tim has a life, job, probably a lot of doctor's appointments while he recovers from his latest episode, etc., so there's your answer.

This explanation is good enough for me, lol.

As for the gap between 61 and 62, which I know had OOG conflicts, it's still absurd to think that 61 was this epic seizure video with "I'm going after Tim. RIGHT NOW." or whatever it said - a THREE WEEK GAP - followed by Entry 62, which theoretically took place no more than HOURS after Entry 61. And not a single mention of something like "Sorry, couldn't upload the newest entry because I've been busy." It's absolutely ridiculous.

As for the gap between 62, and 63, why not just send out a tweet that says like "Have to talk to Tim about what happened. Having trouble scheduling with him." ? Is that so hard? No. Instead, let's just have a three week gap with zero word from the main protagonist.

One major problem with that is any tweet from Jay usually gives fans the idea that a new entry is coming soon. With that in mind, filler entries are a no-no right out of the gate. Furthermore, filler content that's just there for the sake of being there adds nothing to the story. When you start putting out content for no reason other than to fill a gap until something important happens, Goku falls off of Snake Way, and nobody wants that.

For me, personally, I didn't mind the lack of any Jay's notes in the last entry - personally, I think that it would have both underminded the cliffhanger of the previous entry and just taken a bit of the tense situation Jay and Tim were in (and we got THAT brilliant cliffhanger at the end) Plus, for those who were watching the series right through for the first time, it would have serious disrupted the pacing (which is what Troy and Joseph ulitmatly are going for)

I'd actually be content if entry just had Jay and Tim talking about what had happened and dealing with it the day after and Tim, with no out of game explanation whatsoever, but from the latest tweet, that's probably not going to happen Sad

Jay's still living in his car, right? He has to steal wifi, get POWER for his camera, and he's probably shifting his location a lot more.
And waiting on Tim. He or Jay have probably gotten some sort of mix up with the police by now.
