Question:
I tweeted to Mr. Administrator how we could know if this whole thing is orchestrated by the TVTropes Admin, or the Other Wiki Admin, but no response. Anyone know anything about any discernible traits between the two? Or are they...the same?
That Mr. Administrator is the TVTropes admin. I don't think the Other Wiki really figures into this, at least, not yet.
Also, we have a new video!

At least it explains where the puppets came from.

Only thing I can say is strange about the new video is the Cat(?)/Background picture changes.
Goes from a tree/something, to a black something(cat?), back to the tree/something.
Found a timeline that the TVTrope people have complied.

Wow, so s**t's really hitting the fan right about now. Mr. Admin said preparations for supplemental material were almost done, so maybe we'll be getting the package in the next few days?

Yeah, this has been a really active ARG. Heck they even had Youtube updates and tweets on the weekend. My experience is most PMs take the weekend off, but #I'mnotcomplaining.
I'm enjoying the production quality of the vids and the tweets from the characters fit them nicely.
Still haven't caught up on Echo Chamber at all but will this week. I've read the last two episodes might help set the stage for the 4th wall cracking.

The eye of the puppet moves. The puppet on the left.

Yeah, I won't spoil anything, but someone decides to do something that might have caused it without meaning to. But yeah, that one person might have caused all of this.

Got something in the mail for this. Working on getting the files / pictures up and available. (Apparently you can't post on TV Tropes until 24 hours after registering, so can't let folks know about the files there).
Short summary: envelope in the mail came from Mark Wallnau, along with a letter, a comic book w/ missing shards, and a blank CD with handful of images and a video from Mr Administrator.
EDIT 1 : Video -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hy-0Gn-j-rA
This seems like the one they have on the TV Tropes site, although I haven't checked for a word-for-word overlap. (Went through to compare the two videos, and at least on the surface it's word for word the same).
Image files are fairly large pngs (one of which is a hefty 20mb, which isn't particularly Wordpress friendly) so I'll be switching them over to jpegs. If anyone wants the full images, ping me here or on twitter, but keep in mind I'll be off the radar starting tomorrow evening for Yom Kippur.
EDIT 2 : Picture links below. They're still not the smallest files in the world, so I may be forced to move them somewhere else if the server load starts getting too bad. File names have been left as is, save for the jpg to png swap.
http://www.argn.com/images/9-7-8-20.jpg ---> cover image of comic (reduced size...this was the 20 mb file)
http://www.argn.com/images/9-14-20-8.jpg ---> page 6 of comic
http://www.argn.com/images/9-20-5-12.jpg ---> page 15 of comic
http://www.argn.com/images/22-15-9-4.jpg ---> page 10 of comic
http://www.argn.com/images/2-18-9-7.jpg ---> page 8 of comic
http://www.argn.com/images/4-9-14-7.jpg ---> page 7 of comic
http://www.argn.com/images/5-14-5-22.jpg ---> page 2 of comic
http://www.argn.com/images/5-18-5-14.jpg ---> page 17 of comic
http://www.argn.com/images/8-20-23-8.jpg ---> page 4 of comic
My best guess is other people have or will be receiving files that have the missing pieces, and they'll need to be stitched together...especially with the request for physical addresses from players.
FINAL EDIT :
Letter from Mark

awesome work.
did they tell you a package was coming or did it just arrive? I sent my address about 10 minutes after the tweet, so hoping to get some, but I'm kinda just lurking this ARG so who knows if they'll notice.

Awesome work! I'm hoping to receive mine in the next few days. Hopefully, at least.
Wait, who's Max Wallnau? Is that Zack's dad?

Sorry, mistype on my part -- it's Mark Wallnau. Correcting prior post. According to the Echo Chamber wiki, yes, he's Director of Transmedia and Zack/Dave's dad.

Oh okay, that makes sense. Wonder what he's up to after
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
being fired by The Other Wiki? I wonder if he'll be an ally now? Hmm...
Judging by the letter, I'm wondering if my above concern is legitimate? The concern that the administrator we're working for is in fact The Other Wiki? Hmm...something smells fishy here...

A friend of mine posted all the pieces of her package here , she noticed that the paper in front of her letter had some markings on it that looked like part of a web address. The "http" part seems pretty clear.
I don't have a scanner myself, but this is the best picture I could get of the sheet I got with the url pieces on it. I think the part on the end looks like ".com".

Hope that helps out, hopefully someone with photoshop or something can put the pieces together as they're collected?

Does anyone know if the package is a legit package, or if it can fit in a mailbox? Cause I haven't gotten any notifications about a legit package, but the Post Office doesn't send notifications about ordinary mail. XD

It's a large envelope, but it fit in my tiny apartment mailbox so you might want to go check!
