I didn't need to be told that Tim & Jay would not fully trust each other, I have a sense of pattern recognition.

Just saw it, not even going to bother read through the other 10+ pages of speculation and "OMG NEW ENTRY!!!! *insert spasming Tim .gif image here*"

So yeah, Tim and Jay walk back to Jay's car, Tim says he'll call Jay later to discuss things.
Weeks later, Tim calls and tells Jay to meet up with him at some parking lot for dump trucks. Jay arrives, meets Tim and hands over Tim's medical records. Tim and Jay seemingly bury the hatchet and discuss what their next plan should be.
Tim and Jay agree to meet later in private to discuss more details.
All the while, Jay is looking around with his camera of were Hoody/The Operator might be where on them.

So yeah, some amazing recap, and I had a strong feeling they were going to team up again.

And now, they should be introduced/reintroduced to Hoody and his/her/its real identity.

I mentioned this before but it went quickly forgotten under the rage so i'll reiterate. Does anybody else find it weird how obsessed Tim is with his doctor? I think there is a very weird connection between them truthfully.

What was with Jay calling the disconnected number? Who was he trying to call?

At first I thought he was calling Tim but that wouldn't make sense.

So that leaves us with only two other options(?). Either he tried to call Alex, because of what Tim said earlier, or he tried to call Jessica, still feeling guilty of her disappearance.

They're about the only numbers we know Jay has right? Were there any phone numbers on the documents he could have tried?

Skimming through the topic earlier suggests Jessica. It makes sense because she ends up being the focus of his side of the argument.

It was probably Jessica. It would be weird for Tim to cancel his phone when he's expecting to meet with Jay. It would be even weirder for Jay to have called a guy who tried to shoot him. And considering his contribution to the plan, I doubt he was...creative enough to think of anywhere else he might be able to phone in some answers.

If you want to go to a "Tim is not what he seems" place, then you might consider the possibility that Jay was calling Tim's home number, not his cell. Tim walked from Rosswood, and met Jay in public, which could be because he doesn't want Jay to know where he's living. If you interpret Jay's call as a call to a disconnected home phone, it might mean that he's homeless, like Jay, or more menacingly, that he's living somewhere in Rosswood - he was walking toward the woods when he left Jay the first time, after all.

I don't really believe any of that; I'm just throwing it out there and if somebody wants to refine the theory, I guess we'll see if it goes anywhere. I don't know that Jay even has Tim's home number (who under 30 even has one these days, anyway?).
