It's also one of those fancy Æ's. Might be relevant, might be the Observer being a pretentious English student.

The Manifest

Here, from earlier in the thread, is the twitpic of the Manifest:

http://twitpic.com/alt8d4/full

I don't see a Visae H. on there (even with the funky AE) which leads me to think that it is coded to hide another name on the list.

On a side note, with my google-fu, I am seeing VISÆ in latin phrases but have yet to find it.

Ok here are some possible meanings. Henka is a girl's name which means "home ruler". In sumo it's a "sidestep to avoid an attack". Visae in latin is a feminine plural/single version of Visus which means "The action of looking/the power of sight/ a vision, sight, apparition/appearance". It origin is "videō" (how appropriate) which means "I see". It would also mean "to have seen/observed"

Got it... There is a possibility then that Henka Visae might NOT be on this manifest at all or be EXTREMELY cleverly disguised. The manifest dates from 1985 and at that time Mary Asher was still in the order. Question is did "Henka Visae" leave before the creation of this manifest? Or was he still a part of the order at the time of this manifest and his name is being cleverly disguised.

From a translation of this phrase I found with a little google-fu:

Latin: sæpe Faunorum voces exauditæ, sæpe visæ formæ deorum

English: the voices of the Fauns are often heard and the shapes of gods often seen

and the fact that, in google translate "visæ" literally translates as "presentation" then the word itself has something to do with "seeing" or something along that line. Works well with an "observer" if you get my drift but how does that work in with the meaning of Henka?

Must say TT episodes never disappoint. Along with Evan from EMH taking a bat to Slendy and Noah pulling a drive by on him I enjoyed this just as much.

I don't follow the other series this is crossing over with (Dark Harvest?) but I get the basic idea their a group of SlenderMan followers who think he brings salvation. It's a PROGRESSION of a storyline-Which credit has to be given to Dark Harvest-Excellent.

I sure hope the car breaking down line and the running him over line were references to EMH.

What exactly is happening in the meeting when everyone starts screaming? Slenderman is attacking them? Noah does looks back but it's too dark to see what's happening. Also people start running away before the screams, so it's all a bit confusing.

Also Noah screwed up big time at the meeting. I couldn't help but facepalm when he started losing his temper at the overseer. I do understand it was a reaction from spending so much effort and getting little answers, but still.

Also slendy seems to be a really loving being who cares for his followers. "TAKE ME TO THE 4TH DIMENSION". Ask and ye shall recieve

You should watch Dark Harvest. It's very well done, like a mix of Marble Hornets and EMH/TribeTwelve. It's probably my second favourite slender series.

What I took from it, Banshee, was that when Slenderman made the sacrificee disappear/die, people freaked out about it. Don't know too much about Dark Harvest but I guess they were NOT prepared for it.

I thought the same. He took one of the followers and not everyone in the group is "all in" on the premise of being taken-so they ran. I thought the kid in front of Noah would give some answers but nothing.

Rewatch Edit: You can hear someone say "I'm so ready" but most react scared when Slendy transports closer to the group. So clearly this group of followers is not all ready to drink the Koolaide and jump on the spaceship behind the meteor. When it happens, total panic from most of the group.

I may give Dark Harvest a shot-I've watched a few episodes and again I'm impressed of the PROGRESSION of the Slenderman storyline they give.
