Seriously, folks. If you haven't seen DarkHarvest00, I cannot recommend highly enough that you get to watching it.

As for this entry, I thoroughly enjoyed it...even the parts that we had already seen (and I can certainly say that, though knowledge of both series helps enhance your viewing of these crossover videos, they aren't obligatory, which is exactly as was intended).

Some of the dialogue in this entry....Good stuff, indeed. It seemed to walk the line between funny and "narm"(for the most part), for lack of better words. Prime examples, of course, being "oversee" and last bits of dialogue between Noah and Daniel.

As far as scare factor, I'd say it held up pretty nicely. Between Noah's turnaround to the encircling cult members(arguably the best part of these entries has been the cult members) to the ensuing chaos(and that laughter as Noah's running away). The body falling on the car also looked significantly clearer in this entry relative to DH's, for better or worse.

So yeah, overall, I thought it was pretty good (moreso, perhaps, if you hadn't already seen DH's entry, as there is considerably overlap between the two videos). Plus, a new question's been raised in the form of, well, what the Observer noted: Just who is Henka Visae?

Why do I fear someone will take this idea and run even further with it...

Eh, I was hoping Noah's footage would be a bit scarier. The whole thing was cool, but... this whole crossover was likely started by the Dark Harvest guys because they couldn't think of a way to move their story forward on their own. TT's story would have done just fine without the crossover.

It was good, but Noah's footage left me a bit disappointed. The cult interaction was kind of cool, and all of them running from their "God" was interesting, but I was expecting something...more, for how long we had to wait.

I had already seen the car scene on Dark Harvest's side, and it was kind of silly. Slendy teleported them to the beach and in the process took away three days of their lives...why? Why didn't he just kill them there?

Also, Noah (or one of the other characters) clearly says "It's okay, he's not doing anything" during the car scene. That immediately took all of the tension away for me.

Now that is a pretty kickass find.

Goddamn, Mr. buzzkill, your standards are impossibly high.

This was definitely by far one of the best Slender Man videos I have ever seen, I had serious chills during the cult fiasco. I thought TT couldn't top shooting Slender Man, and I'm glad to say I was wrong. They both handled the crossover so well and I'm so satisfied with everything. Fucking incredible job, guys. Worshippy

I agree with Bartok, my standards are of a similiar douchebag level of "I want nothing but awesome from this free entertainment". This delivered.

Relax, friends. I'm merely voicing my opinion. No need for namecalling.

Yes, the cult scene was impressive and I had chills as well, but I just felt that Slendy could have been more...intimidating. I don't know how, or what was missing, but just...something.

And again, I didn't really like the car scene. The "He's not doing anything" line took the tension out of it for me, and the acting during that particular scene wasn't really the best. And the three-day teleportation still baffles me. Why would Slendy do that? Why not either wound them or kill them right there?

I'm aware that a lot of you (or, all of you) won't agree with me, and I know that this is free entertainment, and I'll likely be called more bad names, blahblahblah, but judging by previous videos in each series, they could have done better.

I respect your opinions nonetheless. Smile

visae is a latin perfect passive participle meaning "having been seen"

or, more pertinently, "having been observed"

henka is a sumo term that means a sidestep but is more literally translated as "changing; to change"

So a literal translation would be: Who is changing, having been observed?

Or it could be someone's name, I dunno.

I find it hilarious that Malckeor replied with nearly the same exact comment as a rebuttal. Laughing

First of all, it was obviously Alex's voice. Second of all, he said "Stop, calm down! Calm down! He isn't doing anything!" which was in response to Chris freaking out. I think it was a legitimate thing to say, trying to take order of the situation and attempt to not freak out. You are a strange person.

Anyway, goddamn. This was still an incredible episode, I'm still amazed by it. Definitely worth the wait. TribeTwelve never fails to put out quality product. It's easily up there in my 'top 10 greatest Slender Man videos' list, everything was fantastic, especially the audio and visuals as always. This definitely sets the standard bar way up there. I was on the edge of my seat for all the 17 minutes, something that slender videos don't really do to me anymore.

It sounds like a title or an honorific. Maybe the "elder" is someone who saw Slendy and was changed by the experience? Someone like Observer or the rest of the Collective (I'm assuming they were normal humans once).

Mother Pus-Bucket. Could it be Grandpa Karl?

I agree with Malckeor.
I dunno, TribeTwelve just isn't doing it for me lately. I find Noah to be a downright unlikable protagonist and outright want him to lose to the Collective. At least the Observer's a funny guy, Noah doesn't even have that goin' for him.
The acting swings between high-quality and so-clearly-fake-it's-goofy at a weird rate in each entry, it's like I'm alternating between being immersed and raising an eyebrow at how poorly something was delivered.

I can respect what he's doing with the storyline, but as far as the videos themselves, I just ain't feelin' it with the past few most recent ones.
