[POLL] Is the SP really dead?

I'm de-lurking just to post a poll. The next few days should reveal all, but I'm curious what your opinion is right now: Do you think the Sleeping Princess is dead?

I tend to think she's not, and that she'll re-appear soon. After all Melissa did think she'd gotten rid of the SP once before, only to have her reappear after being rescued by hrmpita. And surely the PMs wouldn't be so cruel as to kill off such a sweet little chatterbug as the Princess...?

On the other hand, this is Bungie we're dealing with, at least on some level. And those of you who've finished Halo 1 know how Bungie doesn't necessarily give you the ending you might want. (Spoiler below for those who haven't played/finished the game):

In Halo, you fight alongside marines and other crewmen, defending your ship, storming beaches, infiltrating the enemy's ship, etc. At least one mission involves you helping the marines and saving them from getting slaughtered by the Covenant until reinforcements arrive. You start trying to go out of your way just to keep them alive. And then what happens on the last level? They all die. Every single one of them. The captain dies just before you can reach him, the ship carrying most of them gets shot down in front of your eyes, and the rest die as Halo is blown up. Thanks Bungie. Thanks a lot. Raspberry

So, whaddya think? Will we see her again?
