Austin beaty seems to be a football player, however, there seems to be no email address attached to that domain? not verified though

 		if that is the case then austin might be the culprit, how about sending them an email to verify? if one of them bounces, then we might have the proof we need..

on the list of volunteers for PaCeM, I found the name of Austin as well:

Are you sure it isn't the player who shared his email address with the rest of us he conciders a traitor? Or I might have thought so since I just sent an email to him and felt bad for it Smile

I figured chelawhit as chelbelle here on the board, I belive netsua98 mentioned his name was Austin a few pages ago, and I'm pretty sure Natalie Berry on that volunteer list is njberry, right? But I might be reading into this.

We should probably show moderation in researching eachother Wink

Edit: In fact, they should probably have shown moderation in sharing tracable email addresses with other players (assuming those three are actually players). Lets hope they're not very private Smile

Oh lordy yes I am Austin and that kind of bothers me you went in to researching me as far as you could although you did end up researching my cousin LOL Razz But anyways thanks Tal for easing things a bit more by gong back to the forums earlier post by me. And the confusion is funny I am upset with there "confidentiality" with this one though! Good thing I didnt get spam email!

They did give out private email addresses.. what if netsua had spam as a result or indeed someone researched a little too far..

while i appreciate the personal touches and the immersion value....

 		I'm sorry I posted the snail I got, but all of the things you all mentioned were my concern and why I didn't really know what I should do with the information. I didn't want to just start spamming anyone (I emailed no one on the list) and did look at websites and Facebook stuff.

I am still fairly new to the interactive part of ARGing, and that's why I asked how to proceed. Hope I didn't mess everything up. Confused

Maybe I should have been the one to check on everything and report back, but I was a little leary of digging into what seemed like OOG emails.

Sorry if I did something wrong.

Oh no, you didn't do anything wrong. I think PM assumed we'd know the three emails were players and discuss between us how to handle the fact that one of us is to be concidered a traitor by a scary, vengeful cabal Smile

As I mentioned, I did send him an email not even concidering that his email address was confidential.
I recieved an answer from him about the same time you recieved this message, so I thought me contacting him was what prompted this traitor-thing. As in "someone told Tallulah my email and I want to know who so I can put him/her on the naughy list". But then I realised you actually got this by snailmail, so it was probably not me personally (phew!)

So what to do? We can't exactly give up one of ourselves as a traitor. How do we explain how his email "got out"?

this is not your fault hun.

I think it reflects more on the PM , i also gave my email in good faith, i just didn't expect to have the PM research people so i find the PMs to be in poor taste here
