Well, in the totheark video Decay, if you run the video through a spectrograph, the last several seconds will display an image that reads "TODAY IS YOUR LAST BIRTHDAY". You can find this in the Decay thread. This implies that tta knows that Alex is alive, and plans to kill him in the coming year. I guess this entry proves that Alex has remained alive since April 4th.

 		I honestly can't decide if I think Alex was trying to help them or not. I can see two options.

1. Maybe he has the power to sense when TO is going to appear and wanted them to get away- BUT how did he know they were there? Was he following them, or can he "see" what the Operator "sees" and knew that TO was about to attack them?

2. He didn't wanted them to go to the other side of the tunnel, and gave them a moment's warning to leave and then sicced OP on them out of malice.

If he was trying to help them, why would he do it now after trying to kill both of them in the past? Was he under OP's control before and now he's trying to rebel? If he was trying to hurt them, why even call to warn them before hand? Why not just let OP kill them or whatever?

Jay finally put that chest cam to use, they went to barn house to investigate what happened there, they went to the tunnel, and just as I thought, that tunnel is important for something.

It seems ever more clear that Alex doesn't want anyone going there. Maybe he was trying to save their asses, but maybe not.

Assuming the video went up immediately following the debacle, and Jay hauling ass to get to Rosswood, and also assuming they both live about the same distance from the park....

To me, he sounded pretty threatening (well, as threatening as you can be with only two words, anyway). Maybe there was something on the other side of the tunnel that he didn't want them to see. Even back in 50, we never see Jay get to the other side. So he needs to go back and find out once and for all what's back there. Jay, YOU HAVE...TO GO...INSIDE.

Some observations:

When Tim is in his car at the end the camera is no longer recording. Either it's broken (as in Entry #23) or he was gone for a long time. Either he was stuck in time somewhere, or Jay lost a lot of time.

Around 9:40 Jay is in the woods, looking around being paranoid, but there is no sound. Maybe Alex didn't take the sound out in entries 1, 4, 6 and 10 after all.

The operator was not only standing there menacingly, he was teleporting towards them.

At first I was a bit bothered by the fact that Jay knows how to get to all these places, as he lost his memory of them. Then I remembered he had the footage of the paths he took, he just didn't post it all on youtube.

Jay has Alex's satchel that he took in Entry #52. He hid the satchel from everyone (including himself in the case of a memory wipe). What is in there?!

From Session we get the message "He's watching." Presumably that refers to Alex.

As with any two camera video, I would love to see a tear one camera but not on the other.

Jay is acting a little weird in this entry. He thinks there would be someone in the red hut, but not in the tunnel? That's just... I don't know, there's something off about it.

Maybe Hoody wanted Tim to go to the tunnel, and getting him and Jay together is the only way to do that. Tim has no memory of the tunnel, neither does Jay, but at least Jay has a video showing him the way. When the operator arrives Alex calls Jay but not Tim. Presumably he has both their numbers.

Nice wheels, Sutton, nice wheels.

I still believe that Alex doesn't necessarily want to kill anyone. But, he's completely and totally willing to do it if it means saving his own ass. So, he gave them a second to leave, heard Jay saying that they were going to keep going, and let the Operator attack them.

The thing I actually find the most interesting is how this proves how much of an outsider to this world Jay really is. Alex has some connection to the Operator, Tim has a connection to the Operator ( what with his coughing and fainting before he even showed up), and, Hoody has a connection with the Operator. Jay's just.... Sort of there.

The tunnel's associated with Alex, who is only possibly alive until the phone call, and who them haven't seen in about a year. The red hut is associated with Hoody, who attacked them pretty damn recently. It's a reasonable assumption, I think.

Um, I thought he got teleported there as a child. At least, I think that was what was implied.
