The drop site was found to be an old war era AA-gun captured from the soviets, an ItK 37 "Tuulimäki", a 76mm AA gun located in Tuulimäki, Espoo, just by the Tapiola office.
The memorial is for the AA battery 32 "Länsi" (West), the battery had 4 of the same model on Tykkimäki at Tapiola during 1942-1944. The AA-gun is just a few meters from the public pedestrian road with street lights.
The drop was right under gunner's seat below the gun's baseplate and was not visible without trying to look for it or tap below the surface. The drop was a sealed clear bag duct taped to the bottom with a black bag inside it, sealed once from the both ends with a smaller seal to create 4 1 cm by 1 cm pockets on the ends. The contents are what appears to be four rare-earth magnets, a 5cm long spring and a tube with an end where the spring fits snuggly.

We got guy on Hawaii but he wasnt able to find it, because some cops came and he have to leave.

He tried again later but again, he didnt find anything. Cops drive by second time too. He said that area is popular for pot smokers, and as far I know them, they are curious people that might have found our drop.

Seems that plushy was on exact coordinates of our drop and not marker for geocache. So we are wondering if it is sign that somebody already collected that drop and leave plush for us or our PM has weird sense for humor.

We found what material our component parts are made of.
Material is not aluminum or stainless steel it is
TITANIUM

So totally awesome! I wish I had been in on this from the start. The drops were great! Did Chicago pick-up ever happen? Seems like it didn't.

Rhode Island drop found! After yesterdays unsuccessful mission today we found it.

"Different parts, desiccant, magnets are sealed in the four corners of the bag (as shown)"

apparently magnets are just part of package, to be able to attach it to metal without tape

UPDATE: Not much news. Number 709 is back online. Short data burst on start of busy signal was caller ID. Maybe it was just telcom glitch. Now data song is back. Same as before, transimting coordinates for last drops.

There isnt much story, to hold it all together. Yet. Only thing that connects them all is that all came from one single (now 4 different) phone number. We were trying to find out who is owner of phone numbers, we haw few people from Level 3 communications and from reseller company (Twilio)that is reselling the numbers but there is no owners information in their files.
