Something I found strange from when Jay and Tim are walking down the tunnel:

Tim: "What's on the other side of this tunnel?"
Jay: "I don't know, I've only been over there once, and I was chasing you at the time."
Tim: "Obviously, I don't remember anything about that."
Jay: "I'm just saying I've only been over there once, and I wasn't really paying that close attention at the time."

Jay's responses are odd since the instance to which Jay refers occurred during his memory-wiped seven months (Entry #50, to be precise). Why not explain that he couldn't remember the other side, especially since Tim has both seen the Youtube videos and is himself acquainted with memory loss? "I wasn't paying attention" seems a conspicuously flimsy excuse when "I remember no more than you do" is both more pardonable and more accurate.

This could simply be a minor continuity error, or perhaps this is what Jay infers was the reason he did not film the other side in Entry #50. Still, I can't shake the feeling that Jay isn't being completely forthcoming about something -- especially given the suspicious "twelve minutes" we are told were left on the tape immediately following Jay's run through the tunnel in Entry #50.

If the end of that tunnel is being guarded by the Operator and possibly Alex, we have a very strong possibility that that is the arc.

But I wouldn't know what TO would be hiding from Jay, Alex or Tim.

Jessica? Amy? Brian? Seth? Sarah? CyberHawk?

Anyway, all of these theories...in this entry, does that mean Tim and Jay were on their way....

tim/masky is definitely out making a TTA video as we speak putting up the footage from tims chest camera. Not 100 percent confident with that, but I think a TTA video is the next thing to happen

I wonder if Alex pulled a reverse psychology on Jay to get him to want to keep going. I'm pretty sure he'd know enough about Jay to figure he'd want to keep going if he was told not to.

As for the significance of the tunnel, what if going through it leads you somewhere different than just going over? It'd be like the teleportation in the house kinda. Perhaps it leads to the ark and the Operator is guarding it?

We see Tim as Masky run through, but if my assumption is right, he's been near the Operator before, in Admission for example. We don't know what happened to Jay when he went though it, and it's kind of suspicious. If he stopped to catch his breath midway through the tunnel, why did he go back out? Why didn't he just go through? Did the Operator mess up the camera at the end of that scene? Did nothing happen or did Jay cut out some incriminating 12 minutes off that?

Either way, it confirms that there is something very important at the end of that tunnel. Perhaps the Operator is guarding Alex's belated birthday cake.
