 		There have been ads on major sites with the didact symbol and whatnot appearing somewhat randomly for a while now. I don't think there's anything in them, and discussion about it has sort of waned over the last month or two... most likely just marketing aesthetic Confused

 		Aye, but Frankie's been quoted as saying people aren't really interested in "ARGs" any more, at least as far I suppose as 343i's target audience is concerned. It sucks. But if they're about story, then the only loss really is the interactivity of ARGs... 343 is still really pumping out the fiction in the Haloverse.

 		Indeed.

Also, with Halo marketing going the way of the wub wub, I doubt we'll see anything nearly reminiscent of ILB in the foreseeable future. :'(

 		Could this really be another coincidence? I hope not! 4 new ones in the most recent email.






Kind of weird that all the images acknowledge the "glitch" in the filename too... I've opened up the gifs and I can't seem to figure out any of the code nonsense. Perphaps they're part of a bigger image? The string might be stretched across all these gifs.

My hope – OUR HOPE – is that history would instead view this war as a catalyst. That the last thirty years were a crucible, a threshing floor for our species, sifting out our fears and frailties.  		In the bulletin released yesterday there is also the small hexagon image in Section 3 (stating "Please remember to take out the garbage.") that links to a PNG here that is tough to look at and has a few sections filled with GARBAGE if you look at the file in a hex editor. Will clean it up when i get a chance, although I would guess someone else already has.

OK, gets you the attached when removing the GARBAGE.

Still not ARG, imo. But nice little easter eggs. Methinks the code will be a HaloWaypoint hidden terminal code.

Nevertheless, any and all visible military activity appears to be internecine in nature.

By the time sensors were deployed, the ships were gone.
