Yay, I don't work on weekends! If there is any reason someone should need my help, I will probably be here all Sunday.

but if i do, the orlando axon-anators, we should hook up or something...

Did they actually post another axon list (other than the training exercises)?
I need to know when I have to be at my axon.

Normally, I have no problems with it. Just depends on what we have to do and how much of it would impact Halloween for my three and five year old kids.
If it's a show up in the middle of the day for ten minutes type thing, shouldn't be a problem.

transimission anomolies Word, the home pg now reads:
WARNING: SPECIAL BROADCAST SUNDAY 10/31
I also thought the following were noteworthy:
1) the calls are scheduled to be massively parallel (I think I counted ~36 just for the 11:00 time slot) which [SPEC]suggests they'll be scripted, not live
2) the times are now in PST not the previous PDT - what that means, if anything, I don't know

AND since we "fall back" this weekend, times are PST! So people in funky regions that don't track the rest of the country, check your times!

im confused!
if it was 16:00pdt it was 7:00pm EST
So if it's 16:00pst, and we here in sc change our clocks as well, it's still 7:00pm EST right?

as long as you are in a time zone that changes back an hour this weekend, you don't have to make any change. still a 3 hour difference between pacific and eastern.
and as a side note, wow. we have 12 calls at 3 axons here, often just 5 minutes apart...

PDT Daylight Saving Time ends on 10/31/2004 at 2am. This should answer all your questions.

EDIT-And according to this link, I spelled Daylight Saving Time WRONG! [/strike]

Yes, the great majority will still calculate time the same way - but there are a few areas who do not strictly follow EST/EDT for various reasons so their math may well change. Just a reminder to everyone to check their assumptions if they're in those areas.
