I think it's just a good story, and they don't need to deliberately add in profanity to show how "edgy" they can be. I don't particularly care when there is profanity in things I watch, but I never watch something without any and ask myself "That sucked! Where were all the curse words?!"

Also, does anyone else not find the "bleep" sound they use to censor curse words FAR funnier than the uncensored form? I don't know why, but I love watching bleeped South Park over regular.

I noticed that trend a while back actually. I think the worst word any of them have ever said was either saying damn or Jesus, but otherwise that's it.

Marble Hornets might be family-friendly, but parts of the bloopers aren't. Who remembers the Season 1 DVD bloopers? There really isn't much in there that could be offensive or non-family-friendly, but there's a few things.

First of all, "Damn" and "Jesus" aren't technically curse words. Furthermore, they're translations of words from Aramaic (I think, maybe Hebrew?) that loosely translate to "Condemn" and "Joshua," respectively. As far as the bloopers go, I wasn't talking about the bloopers, but how the core show itself is appropriate for all ages.

Not to mention the commentary for season two, when they started elaborating specifically on cursing. I think Joseph basically said that outside of Marble Hornets, they don't give a second thought to cursing. Which is obvious granted all of the swear words in everything OOC.
