This will definitely be a learning project for me... I've never written a script before. But! I'm bound and determined to get it done... eventually. I've got a file saved on my desktop, so I won't have an excuse to not open it when I get the chance. I'm going to need to do some research to gather all of the cannon information, but that shouldn't take too long.
Maybe my inexperience will make it authentic? That's the best I could hope for, honestly. =P
Whatever. I hope I get it done just as much as you do.

EDIT: because I don't want to clutter up the board.

I pooled together most of the information I could. I just copy/pasted everything I could find (including our joking earlier), and plan to use this as reference. I've also got a chart for friendships and stuff, but it would only make sense to me, so I won't share it. I think I got all of the cannon MH from the series/the teaser trailer, unless there was some in Entry 51. For some reason, youtube kept buffering and I couldn't load it to see. If I missed any script, it's from there.
I might start writing tomorrow, but I'm not making any promises. Feel free to message me ideas, tips, or discouragement. Whatever.

 		I think maybe Alex should have written more than one draft for Marble Hornets than the one he came up with over a weekend in a hotel room at the shore. The dialogue for "the movie" seems very... rough draft, you know what I'm saying?

 		Thank you for posting that (IE Marble Hornets Trailer) I've never seen it.

I figured it had to do with Brian returning home.

For those who asked I believed they answered the question of the name-it's a mockery of student films that are titled with an adjective/noun. They simply saw the word "Marble" on a truck, then another truck that said "Hornets" thus the title was created while driving. Theoretically the title could of been "Bronze Horseshoe". It has no significance to the movie or the series. If I'm wrong please correct me.

That's definitely true regarding how they came up with the name, but I heard that there's an in-movie reason for the name as well.

I think there were these hornet statues made out of marble on the shelf in Brian's parents home, and he looks at them and has some sort of revelation.

Sorry about the wait. I've had some pretty big projects looming over my head for a while, now. And I'm sorry for the shortness, as well. I only have had the past hour to work on it. Any comments are welcome, although at this point there's not much to be commented on.
I feel like I should name the town, but I don't want to make this too much of my own story.
Also, since I am trying to write a fan script, it's in script style. However, if you all think just a standard fanfic would be better, it's not too late to switch it up. I just figured that since it's canon that it's a movie, a script would be more appropriate.

Anyways, that's my thing. I'll stop promoting myself now.

 		cant remember where on tumblr i saw it but someone said that the original MH movie was about Brian coming home to meet up with his lover and ends up falling in love with Tim instead.

That was amazing. Stalkers, theme based parties. It's so good I think it should be finished and showed to Trosephim. I'll help you finish it if you want, you can PM me.
