Check out these sources:

http://www.mythicalcreaturesguide.com/page/Slender+Man
http://jafool.wordpress.com/ (A Slender Man blog)
http://www.youtube.com/marblehornets (Most popular Slender Man vlog)
http://theslenderman.wikia.com/wiki/Slender_Man (A Slender Man wiki)

You may want to check out some more of the Slender Man vlogs and blogs that are posted on this forum. Good luck!

Could you also post a link for us once the research paper is done?

knowyourmeme's slenderman page isn't great. Last time I checked, they put Slender higher up than MarbleHornets and they hardly used any series' at all.

http://slenderversemedia.tumblr.com/Listofmajorsections is probably a better source of slendervlogs and blogs.

Oh God please don't use that as a reference for your paper. It's...

It's just...

Unfortunately, there hasn't been published, reputable analysis of the slenderverse yet. You should talk to your prof or teacher about options, whatever you'll be writing will be within a newish topic.
I'd look into fluffing out the peripheral with info on ARG's, multi-platform narratives, and the nature of storytelling in a horror genre, then use that to contextualize the slenderverse as an example of hybridization (ching ching!).
Also, 20dollaz just posted this link on a different thread this morning:

Bad News is you'll have to be creative gathering sources, Good News is you'll have the opportunity to break new ground.
If you have more specific questions (what are seminole blogs/ vlogs for the accepted mythology, what different tropes are or how they're used) this forum's full of colorful characters who'd be more than happy to answer those kinds of questions
<3 good luck.

I was just about to say, "Are you sure you can write this? They generally don't want you to use Wikis, blogs, forums, or other user-generated content for research papers."

Actually, that depends a lot on the prof, class, and degree.
Advanced degrees grant a lot of lee-way, especially when pioneering! new subjects in fields like New Media.

Odd, I would have thought it would be the opposite.
