 		Little update

We didnt find any more drops. We tried Chicago location 2 times and nothing was found.
Japan was searched well firs time.
Hawaii guy was on location at that big tree threee times and he didnt fing anything.


Our primary task now is reactivating agent system on Polish number.

Polish number changed from horn with DEAD MAN TRIGGER MESSAGE TO

We are currently attempting to find out what is meant by "ENTR BELL AGENT CODE" mentioned in the message decoded from the Poland horn. Take a look at our investigation/theory notes and test/add anything that makes sense.

 		And we have another change. 709 number is now transmitting some sound that sounds like somebody like someone scroll the dial on a FM radio

UPDATE:
Actually recording is changing frequently. Sounds like few convos are ovelayed on each other and there is also some form of modulation.
But if you play with wav for few minutes sme words can be recognized.

 		202 number changed again within the same day, now has female voice saying 'two', female voice

that is not recorded on dialer, it was called by normal phones


202 and 303 played s horn after that messages. For like two minutes.
We have no recordings of it.

We didnt find ITA2 binary code in that part when we decrypted deadmansswithctrigger message



after the three chirps the silent part takes input, if you type DTMF tones (press phone buttons) pattern changes

 		Few of our top shit coder deciphered "whistle" part of 202 and 303 message!

It means from: HQ to: CQ "please confirm"

HQ, an abbreviation for headquarters

explanation:
(basically instead of noting down the "tops" in the spectrogram as 1s and the "bottoms" as 0s, you use the times where it changes from "top" to "bottom" and vice versa as 0, and where it stays the same as 1)

that code was found at chicago drop location
DROP/N41.8891 W087.8695/SIGN//

but we thought it was piece of trash

or it was trash and PM used code that we found after we published that picture

we hope CD wasnt part of drop and it got sectroyed by some janitor mowing the lawn

 		Wow, this is really interesting, I have to say. Might have to drop by IRC sometime. Also, I hope that CD from the Chicago drop wasn't something needed, but I have a weird feeling it is. Just seems odd, the other locations have components, and that one has a CD and the Bell Code...

 		I wasn updating this thread since OTP22 is kind of slowed than usual, but anyway few exciting things happened.

About CD from Chicago drop:

I personally dont believe that CD was part of the drop. ITs hard to believe that some random person who would found CD would brake it in many parts and throw it on the ground. It is more possible to take it home and check what kind of data it was on. But who knows.

Another thing is that there was no black bag found on Chicago drop location,
message from 709 clearly said
GENTEXT/RETRIEVE DROP BAG NO LATER THAN 312359 OCT 12

It is possible that PM saw our picture of trash and used it to create code for Polish number. though there are few weird coincidences BELLWOOD and 97BA16041 (bell agent)
Polich number and BELL CODE dead mans trigger was solved one day after i posted picture on that forum, picture was also posted on wiki page but it was harder to find there.

Looks like we are getting a little bit of a story.
I understand message as this : "mr Bourges I am glad that car didnt died you at blue hill payphone, I will reactivate agent system for you, but dont
call to much, we are beeing watched"

SOme others understand is as: 'i don't have anything for you at the moment' 'you can stop spamming my phones'

Anyway we are happy to get some more interesting data. And message was played only once, but this might be the same call sauceman got
when he put in the bell code.
