Don't know if this will help, but these are the only notes referenced in the midi file:
Is it possible it is using some sort of music notation? E is the first note and the song title is called //CLASSIFIED//E=mc3//
So if:
..\images\mc3-???-???-???-???-???-???-???\classified.mp4
Then:
..\images\mc3-???-???-???-???-???-???-mc3\classified.mp4

The midi progressions is John monky theme - ahhhh ahh ahh ahh ahh ahh ahhhhh ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
(which, obviously, one would hear on playing it )

Spectrogram is attached, leads to this file. LINK
Download and change to WAV if what the header says is true.
ETA - looks like a GIF inside that. Need to strip out a ton of nulls I think.

Given how I had to get to the spectrogram, I missed a glyph in the video, was picked up HERE.

The uploaded 'wav' file contained a gif file inside of it, though every other byte of information was 0 (or null). Removing all the nulls and saving the file as a .gif results in the above image.

Any possibility or chance that the "static" in the gif animation is something more than artistic?

If you're in London on Monday.

Right by Tower Bridge, most likely what the GPS coordinates refer to.
ETA: Not really advancing the viral/glyph hunt, just sharing this awesome LARP(ish) Halo adventure!

OK, what seemed to me like a gamejacker at first has now led us to this:
http://download.halowaypoint.com/content/waypoint/assets/images/classified/0000timecapsule/1jk4giqwr67g3af97qwyg739-timecapsule.html
Scrambled image and a raw 'datanode' that we need to unlock. Thoughts? Any reason this page is 'timecapsule' you can see?
